We came to Flemington GMC to look at a used Jeep listed online. The day we came the showroom was vey busy. It was one of those days when everyone shows up at once. I had stated we were there for a used vehicle and we were treated like we were buying new. Due to all sales associates working with other customers, Jeff Parker took the time to work with us. He set up the the test drive and worked with us with the paperwork. Since it was a Saturday, we had to return Monday to complete. Tom Billington met with us Monday. He had all the paperwork ready and had to deal with an insurance company that was not easy to deal with. Brenda got all our financial work completed and we were on our way. Everyone was very pleasant to deal with and when the general manager takes time to help you that shows a dealership that truly cares about customer service. This was the fourth vehicle I have purchased from Flemington GMC and my first used vehicle. I highly recommend Flemington Chevrolet Buick GMC. I walked into the dealership with a general idea of what i wanted, but nothing concrete. He was very patient as i waited until the next afternoon to bring my husband to drive it and he loved it. Everyone in the dealership was so nice, and helpful, and not pushy. Joe was very upfront about the price and what he could and couldn't do about the price and was able to steer us to several discounts that we were entitled to but were unaware of.
