Everyone is always friendly, helpful, and I have yet to have an issue with service. Granted, I don't drive my truck very much (only having 18k miles on it) so I don't have to bring it in for service other than getting oil change. If I needed to visit the dealership on a regular basis, my review may be different. Thanks DCM for not giving me anything negative to say based on my limited visits. More
Service department communications terrible I started going over a year ago and take my car here every time it needs repairs or maintenance. The only way to know what is going on with your vehicle is to constantly call them and ask what is happening. They SAY they will call you but never call when they say they will. Days will go by and finally you break down and call them 3 days after their commitment date. Miraculously, your car is always “next” or “parts just arrived right before you called” and they are starting on your car right away. They seem to do a decent job and are polite/friendly; that is why I gave them 2 stars instead of one. Their communication to us, the client, is terrible - zero stars for this. More
Unfair and Dishonest Took my Jeep to be serviced. Got a call stating I needed new brakes and rotors on all 4 tires. Needed new struts several other things they "found" to Took my Jeep to be serviced. Got a call stating I needed new brakes and rotors on all 4 tires. Needed new struts several other things they "found" totaling about $3500. I told them not to touch my car and went to pick it up. I took it to 3 different mechanics all of which told me that i did not need new rotors, one even said that the dealer is "busted", it was getting time to go ahead and change my brakes. For all 4 brakes with lifetime warranty and some extra things I had done by this mechanic it cost me $400. That is a huge difference from $1700 that the dealership wanted to charge. Its sad to know that this place is trying to take advantage of people. I was in the market to purchase a new vehicle soon but to see the way they lie and take advantage of people I will never come back. More
Piss poor service department I bought a 2016 Dodge Ram 1500 with 10 miles on it my first new truck and since then I've had nothing but issues with it, most of the issue electrical I bought a 2016 Dodge Ram 1500 with 10 miles on it my first new truck and since then I've had nothing but issues with it, most of the issue electrical but in one year I've put 40k on the truck because of my business but this is not a truck that can handle any ware and tear. I've taken my truck into the shop more time at this point than I can count and being that I run my business out of my truck not having it is unacceptable and I loose money every time this is in the shop even with the rental. The crew here at DCM is great but the service dept is not and this is why I'm posting this review. I paid a lot of money and traded in a truck that was almost paid off to deal with constant issues. More

This warranty was the sole reason i purchased my vehicle from this location. This dealer gets a kick back from the warranty company for each one that they can get voided. This is why there is not an oil change stick on the windshield when you purchase the vehicle. So if your vehicle has been on the lot for one month and you then drive it the first six month and do not drive over 7500 miles. then you have voided your Lifetime Drive Train Warranty- for you did not get the oil change before the six month life span of your oil has passed. Other possible way. The Service adviser does not try to sell you an engine air filter at 20,000 miles, and if you do not have a receipt or have installed a K&N air filter. Your Lifetime Drive Train Warranty has been voided. I could go on with all the other issues with this establishment, but i will end with this warning avoid this location you can get the same deal if not better from many other places. The DFW area does not have a shortage of automobile dealerships. More

I called ahead, as we were repeat clients, visited the lot and let them know what we would be looking for. Bobby Crosby and Bryan Jackson tag teamed for us and made this process smooth, and CJ in finance got my son very good terms for his first vehicle that he had in his name. We had previously bought from this dealership and had a great experience with Bobby, and this go around with them handling my son's deal like he was their own, they got a customer for life out of it. Byron the sales manager made sure he was taken care of, and Bryan and Bobby found him exactly what he wanted. We love the new Jeep Wrangler JL, this is his 3rd Jeep, and by far his favorite, and these guys made it happen. Thank you, if you want a first rate dealership with first rate service, call these guys. Thank you Bryan Jackson and Bobby Crosby, taking care of our kids means the world to us. More
The WORST dealership I've ever dealt with I bought a new car from them and it was delivered dirty with big circular scratches, probably from a dirty sponge. Their presentation of a new car to a customer is "There it is (pointing out to the lot from their office). Thanks" while they hand you keys still zip tied together from the factory. Its a joke and although its a small, easy thing for them to do, not making the customer feel happy at delivery puts a bad taste in their mouth. It ruined my excitement for the new car. Their service dept is also, incredibly, the worst Ive ever dealt with. From taking several days for the simpliest repair, to getting caught joyriding in my car to rude service advisors to a general uncaring attitude. Combine my sales and service experiences and I will never, ever consider them for anything again. I could write a book with my bad experiences there. Just TERRIBLE all the way around! More

My salesmen Cordell was honest with me throughout the entire process and made sure I got a great deal and my finance manager was transparent with me with the paper work. I never felt pressured or had any second thoughts throughout the deal and would recommend anybody to this dealership in a heart beat!! More

He could sense the defeat I carried with me but he was persistent on me staying positive, that he has what I was looking for. I initially came looking at the Jeep but switched gears to the Dodge. Bobby worked with me on my credit and my monthly price point. We initially did not agree and C.J. came over to speak with me. After reviewing they were able to get me in an amazing vehicle for an amazing price and interest rate. They stayed positive, bent over backwards and took care of me all the way through. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Best customer service and perfect vehicle for my family! More
