Express lane Came in for a service on my truck. Pulled in to the Express Lane for service. It took a bit of time before someone came out to see what was needed eve Came in for a service on my truck. Once I was contacted, I told the customer service rep I needed an oil change and tire rotation. I went to the lounge area and waited. It took over 2 hours for my truck to be ready. I know sometimes it’s busy but this is the second time in 2 visits it’s taken this long. I like the dealership and it’s service department but for an oil change to take 2 hours is ridiculous. More

Good and Bad On the bad side, service department never called me, never advised me until 5 days after drop off so I called and the assigned person - Don (not my no On the bad side, service department never called me, never advised me until 5 days after drop off so I called and the assigned person - Don (not my normal contact) said they had to order something and would keep me posted(yeah like I trust that after 5 full days). So I called back and asked for my normal service contact - Kenny B (and the only reason I gave this rating a 4 STAR) because he said let me check and within minutes he called me back left a message (phone tag) and I called him and he said the parts were in stock and they would have it FIXED same day. Kenny is pleasant, respectful, clear and concise but personable, and always follows-through. I also have a life-time warranty and have never had any issues to date! Honestly, (this is good and bad) my car and it was used and a 2015 has nearly paid for the life-time warranty. So bad that it's had so many issues but really really good that I got my moneys worth. FYI - If the sales crew makes promises - extra keys or free oil change ...GET IT IN WRITING. Phil (in Used cars) made me a promise for extra keys for my two cars I bought (in the same day) and a free OIL CHANGE. NEVER SAW EITHER! But I am sure he spent the profits! More

I have Ramcare, so I haven't had to pay a dime yet which is nice. Austin has helped me both times. Went in for couple recall issues, they fixed both, changed my oil, AND plugged my tire that had a nail in it. Excellent! More

service department is horrible We have been using their service department for a while and it is horrible, some of the people there are absolutely rude. We had a Pacifica we had nothing but problems with and the service department never seemed to figure it out just a lot of wasted trips with two kids. Then we traded that in and got a Dodge Ram had a wonderful experience with the sales department, so much so that we bought another vehicle from them. But then we took our truck for running boards took them over an hour to tell us we have them but they are damaged so we will have to order some, it will take 3-5 business days to get them. We get a call saying they are in to bring it it. We drop it off and they say about and hour, then we call and they say we didn’t know you were waiting we haven’t started, it will be about an hour, we got there and an hour and a half later and mind you it had been there since 8 am it was now noon and they tell us the part wasn’t there. So we now have to come back a third time with two kids. It was horrible. I got with the managers and they were helpful but the service staff was still rude. And it took another week to finally get our running boards on and then half a day of time. More
