I placed an order for a 2008 Dodge Challenger on December 3rd 2007 and it was to arrive in the next several months. At the time pricing had not been released and I had agreed to pay the MSRP sticker price as 3rd 2007 and it was to arrive in the next several months. About one month into the order the sales person called and said that I may not be getting my car as they were only getting two in and mine may be going to someone else. When the sales manager got involved (Deon Ramlal) he said that I could come in and get my deposit if I wished and they were going to auction off the cars they were getting. He was very rude and I had to get with the General Manager that was nice about it and said I would get the car. When the car arrived on July the 9th, I went to the dealership and was ready to pick up the car. They have now decided to sell the car to me for $5,000 over sticker price which was not what I had agreed to before. The salesperson that took the original order no longer works there. Over the years I had purchased three vehicles from them and this would be my fourth one. I got my deposit check and left, I will never do business with them and will never buy a vehicle from a dealership that hires this sales manager. More
