Great Service I had my best experience with any service department at Dodge in McKinney. My wife and I were in the last couple of hours of a 13 hour trip when we h I had my best experience with any service department at Dodge in McKinney. My wife and I were in the last couple of hours of a 13 hour trip when we hit something on the highway by the dealership. We called the dealership with less than an hour before they closed and the service agent, Austin Cuevas, was waiting on us when we got there. He looked at it, had it fixed, and had us back on the road less than 30 minutes after calling. He fixed the issue and I have not had any issues since. I simply can't say enough good things about Austin or the experience I had with this dealership. I live a few hours from this dealership but if this is any indication I would be happy to drive out of my way to buy a new vehicle when the time comes. More
