Super frustrated with Dodge City of McKinney. We have had a truck in several times and they cant seem to fix it. Always have to back order parts then they call us and with Dodge City of McKinney. Always have to back order parts then they call us and tell us the parts are in we take the truck back and what do you know they dont have the parts. Its a work truck and its been in 3 times for parts related to the radio that effect the computer apparently...I still dont understand why. When I complain to the service guy about it he argued and said it was my choice not to drive the truck. I seriously doubt you have ever tried to deal with a highway patrol man on the side of the road while driving a truck with a DOT# on it. You would know that he is not going to care. He is just going to hand me a very expensive ticket.... Would not recommend. More

My wife ordered a 2020 Dodge Durango R/T with all the options she wanted. The reason why she ordered one to be made is because she couldn’t find one with a red interior in a 500 mile radius.
