The vehicle I traveled to this dealership to see was advertised on line with a price, a VIN, photos and all of the upgrades and improvements that had been completed. I responded & received verification advertised on line with a price, a VIN, photos and all of the upgrades and improvements that had been completed. I responded & received verification that the vehicle was available & made arrangements to meet with the sales person that made contact. I traveled 2 hours in horrible holiday (passing the Cabazon outlets) traffic as well as construction. Upon my arrival my salesperson came out, introduced himself and then introduced me to another salesperson as he was now with another customer. That was fine. The newly assigned salesperson retrieved the vehicle I was interested in. As we set out for our test drive we discovered the vehicle was on fumes. Not a big deal, but it left me wondering what exactly the first salesman did when he kept inquiring about my time of arrival so he could have everything prepped. I loved the vehicle. I was fully prepared to leave with it when I finished my test drive. My new salesperson exited the vehicle, looked at the paperwork on the windshield, took a photo of the upgrades that had been completed and advised "I'm going to help you with this". No biggy. I knew I was about to enter a sales office. As we enter & sat at the desk the salesperson asked for my license, looked at the computer and then rushed to another office without an explanation or word. Upon his return he brought another person with him that started to explain about all the upgrades that had be completed to the vehicle. I advised that I was aware as they were listed in the printed advertisement. He went on to explain that the print says there could be extra costs (we are talking about $12+ THOUSAND). We discussed, argued & debated for a good amount of time "Sir, I'm looking right at the photo and right there is a list of everything included and right there is the price I came in for" He insisted I was unreasonable to expect to pay the advertised price and then he changed his argument to "It was a mistake" and I should split the cost with him. By now I'm getting irritated and asked him whose mistake it was because it wasn't mine - go get the mistake money from that person. As we argued the truth came out "That's how we get you in here" I asked if there was anyone else I could speak with and was told "No, I am the wall" shortly thereafter I stood to leave and that particular salesman/manager (I'm not sure what) walked about 10 paces from me laughing and sharing how unreasonable I was, with his coworkers, and why I was upset. While he was sharing my business and laughing I turned and asked him if i missed something funny. He giggled further and shared "She wants to hit me" By now I'm visibly livid and told him Mister if I wanted to hit you it would have been done (not my proudest moment). The male that he's talking to then brings me back to the table. By now I have been belittled, berated, laughed at and I was livid. We have a short discussion. He wasn't friendly & I could tell he felt distain for me and didn't want to do business with me, but I think he knew that I knew what they were doing was illegal. He insisted to know how I planned on paying for the vehicle and advised if I financed through them he could make a couple hundred dollars and did I want it or not. He looking in my eyes with complete & raw hate "Well?!" My stubbornness got the best of me & at that point I wouldn't give this place $2 for a $10 burger and told him I was "pissed" (Again, not a moment I'm proud of). Regretfully, my stubbornness wouldn't allow me to spend another minute there. He then said "Are we doing this or not?!" When I said No he got up, began to walk away, and then stated "Thank God" I'm sure I cussed a blue streak as I shut the business doors as I took it as Thank God I didn't want to do business with her, but as I cooled down & retrospect set in I believe the "Thank God" was a celebration of his goal avoid the expensive deal he didn't have to make. If someone truly wanted to make this right they could have someone drive that truck to my house and accept payment in full for the price (plus tax & licensing) that was advertised on line. Anything else is just obligatory sugar coating. More
Everyone at this dealership is sharing a single brain cell and passing it around. From the secretary answering phones, Inez, all the way to those in sales like Michael all the way up to the manager Sam, cell and passing it around. From the secretary answering phones, Inez, all the way to those in sales like Michael all the way up to the manager Sam, it's like dealing with a circus, and all of these clowns are crammed into the same tiny car. All anyone does is lie and misrepresent what they're talking about. No one takes any responsibility for any mistakes they make, instead always making it out to be someone else's fault, even the customer's when they're supposed to be the "car experts." Call them out on it and they'll just get defensive and rude with you. The fact the churn is so high over there I was at one point dealing with someone in finance who had been there 3 DAYS says all you need to know about the professionalism they claim to have over there. I tried to buy out my lease, was jerked around for three weeks, only to be told there was nothing they could do. I spoke with a new person each time who had no idea what the xxxx was going on. I called every day for near a week and never received a single phone call back from ANYONE until they seemed to finally realize I wasn't going away until I got an answer. I've never experienced "customer service" (and calling the experience I received "service" is generous) like this before and will NEVER purchase a Ford again. This dealership has soured me to the entire experience. Don't waste your time here, go anywhere else. More

Bought a van a year ago. First I contacted them about the vehicle on the phone & internet and got the price. But when I arrived they had "dealer extras" of $3k they did not tell me about! That wasn't right vehicle on the phone & internet and got the price. But when I arrived they had "dealer extras" of $3k they did not tell me about! That wasn't right, clear coat and plastic door guards, crazy for a work van and for $3k?! They removed it and I bought the van. Then on the way home I got a flat and found that the jack was missing. One tire never held air, I had to put air in it every day, twice. I spoke to them in various ways and they never did anything, just kept putting me off. Its a year now, I got a tire on my own a long time ago and drive around with a floor jack if I get another flat tire. At one time I got a text from them that said they were under new management, blah, blah, blah. Still no real response. When I bought the van it took then 2 hours to clean it and still left stickers on it. I had to wait 2 hours for that. I won't deal with this dealer again, nor will anyone I know. BTW, love the van, just not this company. More
The salesman that helped me and my wife was nice and cordial. When his manager came out, things went badly. This manager was argumentative and behaved like a bully. He was insulting and made accusations cordial. When his manager came out, things went badly. This manager was argumentative and behaved like a bully. He was insulting and made accusations toward me. My wife and I left. We were called by another manager several minutes later and he was nice and made the deal that I asked for. We bought the car but I was prepared to never come back. I'm not sure if I would recommend this dealer to a friend not knowing who will be working with them. More
