Pleasant and efficient I made an appointment to look at the Toyota Rav4. Saved $1000.00 I drove all the way from Scarborough Maine to Augusta to buy a new truck. I passed 3 other Toyota dealers on the way. Reassuring As two old folks out to buy our final new car, we are more than a little befuddled by the setup in such cars. You do not insert a key? The car talks As two old folks out to buy our final new car, we are more than a little befuddled by the setup in such cars. You do not insert a key? The car talks back to you and tells you what to do? When you appear to be driving irratically a picture of a steaming cup of coffee appears on the screen and the text tells you to stop for a rest. On our winding Maine roads we are told to rest quite frequently! The glove compartment in our new car is quite smaller than our old one so much of the extra paraphernalia two old people carry around must be discarded or tossed in the back seat. Yet Kurt Mackenzie, our sales rep, has been quite helpful, retrieving our post office box key from the old car and mailing it to us; faxing a paper we needed for registration that we had discarded; telling us to call him any time with questions. We will get through this initiation period with his help, and , I am sure, grow to love our new car as much as we loved our old one. Now, if I could just find out where to insert the key! More

I had a wonderful fun day I went to Charlie's to just try out a highlander, was in the suv search, and was trying out different vehicles, met a wonderful sales person, he liste I went to Charlie's to just try out a highlander, was in the suv search, and was trying out different vehicles, met a wonderful sales person, he listened to what I wanted , the search was on, we test drove a highlander, it didn't "wow" me, then asked to see the 4runners, I wanted "white" , the one thing that impressed me most was when I wanted to test drive the 4 runner he let us take it out on our own, I left told him I'd be back later, when we returned I needed to drive it again, was pretty sure, but needed to see for sure, once again he let us take it, love that , went back to the dealership, everyone was very nice, My salesman spent wonderful time with us explaining the whole concept of both the highlander and the 4runner, I drove home very happy, would recommend both my salesperson Tim Poulin and Charlies to my friends. More
