First Toyota purchase My husband and I went to Charlie's on a whim to just peruse and see if I would consider a Toyota. While we were looking at the vehicles I came across one of the Tacoma's that was unlocked...then I heard 'ah I see you found one unlocked!' Jimmy was very personable and a good sense of humor. We went out and test drove the SR5, I liked it but needed time to research, think about it because I had stated in the beginning that I am a bit of a Nissan snob...just not sure about changing. What struck both my husband and I was that he was not pushy at all but rather friendly, courteous and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. We went back three days later so I could try the TRD and I was hooked. Everyone that worked with us through the process was very friendly. The icing on the cake was when Jimmy surprised me with a Toyota Girl hat. Loved it! In fact I wore the next day! Thank you More

A smooth way to trade up We've been going to Charlie's Toyota for many years now. We've leased a Tacoma for three years, and a tundra for three years and again for two years. We returned to Charlie's Toyota with our solid 2009 Sienna and our Tundra just out of lease, and traded both of them on a brand new Toyota Sienna. Our salesman, Kurt, and the entire team moved through the process smoothly. We got an excellent tutorial on our new Sienna, that has so many new bells and whistles that it had our head spinning. When we drove out in our new Sienna, we felt well-prepared for the road ahead. Thank you, Kurt, and all the other key players who made our trading experience so easy. We'll be back! More
