This was my 3rd purchase from Charlie's and like the other two, my experience with all parties involved was excellent, from sales to service to finance. Even though the distance for me to travel to the dealership is close to an hour, it's definitely worth the drive because of the great service. I heartily recommend this facility for your next purchase. Ask for Nick Chabot! He's great to deal with. More

I had a great experience with Nick Chabot explainng to me ins and outs of the Toyota Camry LE. I learned a lot more about the vehicle even after researching the vehicle myself online. I found the sales person (Nick) to be very transaprent and very credible in his approach to selling me a car. He spent time with me when it was needed and left me alone when it was not needed. Most importantly to me he listened more than he talked and responded to me rather than talking at me. An excellant example of his integrity was when we were talking about maintenance and tires and he was honest that the tires would be rotated periodically and on a schedule, but that even with this attention to the maintenance schedule the longevity of the tires would be 30k-40k miles before needing to be replaced. No "Blue Sky" but what appeared to me as honest forthright acknowledgement of just how long the tires may last. Our entire experience was comfortable with Nick. We will refer (and have referred) others to Nick. Thnaks for the opportunity to sing his praises....they are well deserved. Ed Sims More

We just recently purchased a new toyota from Charlie's Toyota and yet again had a great experience! This is our 6th toyota we have purchased from Charlie's and all from a great salesman Nick Ch Charlie's Toyota and yet again had a great experience! This is our 6th toyota we have purchased from Charlie's and all from a great salesman Nick Chabot. Nick is very easy to work with and is always able to meet our needs...even if that involves finding the type of car we are looking to purchase. Nick is not pushy like many salesman are...he always follows through and is a true pleasure to do business with. Charlie's has demonstrated over and over again that they value our customer relationship and in my mind there is no other dealer like it around. Keep up the great work Charlie's Toyota...and Nick! The absolute worst experience in my life out of ANY commercial enterprise. We were in communication with the dealership for two days about one Toyota Prius that has been on the lot. Called a day before commercial enterprise. We were in communication with the dealership for two days about one Toyota Prius that has been on the lot. Called a day before requesting carfax, details about the car, got call back asking when we were coming. Next day called again to confirm that we were traveling from Camden to Augusta a full hour of driving time just for this vehicle. We were assured that all would be great. Got there and the vehicle has been sold that morning. Talked to the manager who was sitting on the desk chewing gum surrounded by others not even looking at me when I told him about my story and finally said : " - So what?!, I don't care how long you drove, I couldn't refuse the customer! " (still sitting on the desk above the normal height looking down. I reiterated my problem with the professionalism of the conduct and demanded for him to step down and get off the desk at least when he talked to me, he said " - Shove it!", Upon which a number of employees showed me to the door and said to get out. More
