Was as always treated as if I was their most important customer. They have always explained in detail all of my options for service and the cost related to each, making it easy for me to make a decision. customer. I not only had my vehicle serviced but also scheduled a service for my son's vehicle who lives 80 miles away. I'll go up to Bangor and pick up his vehicle and then return it after the service is complete. I do this because over the years Bob and his staff have always been upfront, fair and professional with excellent service from minor items to major repairs. Charlie's is the only place I will let touch any of my vehicles and I own Toyotas only. More
