Best price, best buying experience in years. Started looking for new Prius on-line on Monday. In Augusta on business on Weds. and met with Greg Malloy, sales manager, at lunch time. Got appraisal of my car, viewed the Prius I liked and got a bottom-line price, all within 15 minutes. Checked other dealers and no one could come close to Charlie's price. Called Greg Thursday afternoon, closed the deal over the phone, and picked up the car at 7pm, 07-10-14. My Prius was ready to go,( the plates swapped over to the new car without asking) and we were on our way within 45 minutes. Greg greeted us, Jarrett Hopkins, salesman, did a thorough job explaining the details of operating a Prius etc., the paperwork was drawn up simultaneously by the head office etc.without hassles; the most pleasant, efficient and effective experience I have had in purchasing a car in my 65 years. Also, this was all done within 1 hour of closing time, and no one rushed around; we were treated like the first customer of the day. P.S. Jarrett followed called within a week to find out if I needed further help with the details of operating the various electronic systems on the Prius. Bravo! and Thank You. More

When you purchase a new vehicle at Charlies Toyota you receive 10% off service. They even went one step further and discounted the illuminated door sills at 15% off. The install was perfect and you would never know it wasn't done at the factory. They also test drove the car for me and made a couple of adjustments to ensure I receive the best possible experience when driving my new vehicle.
