I went to a locate Toyota dealer to purchase a new Tundra. They wanted to rob me of my trade and would not negotiate much on asking price. I left there with a bad feeling in my stomach. I went straight to Charlie's Toyota in Augusta because I had heard good things about them. I left there in a new 2015 Toyota Tundra Limited Crew Max and saved myself Thousands from Down East Toyota's bottom dollar and trade value. I would highly recommend Charlie's and will do all of my further dealings with them. I was very impressed!!!!!! I felt like going to Down East and throwing my purchase in there face. Very relaxing atmosphere I dread buying a new car never knowing if it is a good price or not and having pushy sales people telling you it is a great deal. At this dealership it was defferent, they made me feel welcome and gave me the information i needed to make a inform decision. i did my shopping around at other dealers and they made me the best deal possible. My wife and known what we wanted in a new vehicle and was not pushed into something less or more then what we were looking for. Other dealers tried to sale us what they had on the lot and not what we wanted. I'm a hard person to deal with because i get nervous dealing with sales people but as i said they made me feel comfortable and relax. I give them 5 out 5 star rating. Thank you for all your help! Best Day Ever!! I had stopped into Charlie's Toyota the other week with absolutely no idea what I really wanted for a vehicle. Jaret was the salesman I met, he confronted me with a smile and polite handshake, he definitely made me feel welcome. From there he took me around and helped me find my perfect vehicle without making me feel rushed. Once we got back inside him and Scott Rackliff continued to give me excellent service and were very helpful at helping me through every step of the process. It was nice to feel so welcomed and have such amazing customer service! If I ever need another vehicle, I would go back to them!
