We had already made up our mind on the car we were interested in. The test drive sealed the deal but we walked away to investigate the old Toyota dealership before settling in on Charlies. No contest. Price was the same but it was the customer service that we experienced with Matt that really got us back to Charlies. My wife has done business with Charlies for years. I was the hard sell to this dealership. Not anymore. What a pleasant experience. I am now driving a 2016 4 Runner that is a dream car. Purchasing 2016 Camry In purchasing our 2016 Camry it was easy to pick out since I had owned a 2013 Camry. In less than 1/2hr. I had test driven, came back to the office to In purchasing our 2016 Camry it was easy to pick out since I had owned a 2013 Camry. In less than 1/2hr. I had test driven, came back to the office to sign papers. I would never recommend purchasing a car on a Saturday. It took way way to long for the paper work. They had some issues with the printer in their office and had several people ahead of us that was also waiting. They decided that we had waited way to long for this paper work to go through and offered to deliver the 2016 Camry the following Monday so we would not have to come back for the paper work and trade in. This was really taking excellent care to their customer in my opinion. They even sent us a gift certificate for our inconvenience. As far as car service, I also gave them a 10 rating on my 2013 Camry and I'm sure I will get the same excellent service with my 2016 Camry. More

Deal So Good I Complained About It I've never had a deal go so well that I actually complained about it. Confused? So wasn't I for about 48 hours after I purchased a Certified 2013 Camr I've never had a deal go so well that I actually complained about it. Confused? So wasn't I for about 48 hours after I purchased a Certified 2013 Camry SE from Charlie's Toyota. I went to Charlie's after looking over hundreds of cars on various websites, and they had a great selection, including a white, hybrid Camry that struck my interest. Tim took me for a ride in it, was able to answer all my questions, and even when the brakes in the vehicle didn't work as planned, the car was immediately brought to the service department to be repaired before my wife joined us. Nick, the sales manager, then met with me to discuss finances. With very little negotiation he was able to offer a deal that would have been stupid to turn down. After my wife showed up, and while the car I test drove was still haviing new brakes installed, she tried out a couple more vehicles, one of them a black Camry that she absolutely loved. When the white hybrid was finished, she took it for a ride, came back and stated that she preferred the black one over the white hybrid. Turning to Nick, I wondered how this would change the financial end of things. Both vehicles were in the same price range and he assured us that everything was fine and he would keep the trade value the same and get the paperwork rolling. We were ecstatic. Returning later in the evening to sign the paperwork, we became less than enthused when we saw the monthly payment. Even with only 5 minutes left to close the deal, Nick still worked with us to get the payment down to what we needed for our budget. So what was I complaining about 48 hours later? When Nick made a last minute ditch effort to make the numbers work for us, I just assumed that something had been inflated and he was just taking the "pork" off the deal to make sure we signed. However, there was no pork, and I even contacted the Toyota Corporations Finance Department to ask for clarification on a couple items, not even mentioning a dealership by name. As it turns out, after I gave them all the information on the car I purchased, it was a better deal than even what Nick knew he was giving. Lesson learned - there are dealerships and salespeople out there that are actually NOT trying to take advantage of you, and you can actually get a good, honest deal. Thanks Nick! And thank you, as well, to Tim and all the Charlie's Toyota staff for helping us find another great vehicle. More
