No B.S. Straight talk and trustworthy I went to 10 different Toyota dealers to buy a 2016 SR5 Tundra Double Cab with the 5.7 engine, 4X4, SR5 upgrade package and alloy wheels. Initially, I went to 10 different Toyota dealers to buy a 2016 SR5 Tundra Double Cab with the 5.7 engine, 4X4, SR5 upgrade package and alloy wheels. Initially, Charlies Toyota was not the lowest. HOWEVER, when I went to the 3 dealers who quoted lower prices, I was faced with " oh, that's not the correct price" and "you can't get the truck with what you want." The latter reasoning made ABSOLUTELY no sense since I went to the TOYOTA website and used their "build your own" feature. The three "lower quotes" were suddenly about $500 to over $1000 more. I called Charlie's and they kept their price. I got no B.S. and no excuses. They were absolutely terrific. As a side note, I'm getting 17.4 MPG around town. It's my second Tundra (the first a 2001 with 238,000 miles on it. I love this truck and I'm glad I dealt with Charlie's! More
