To only find the truck I saw on line was "just sold" or the closest they can get to my payments was "150" more than what I wanted. Complete waste of time! We found this truck online and called Steve. He was honest and said he can get us close. So I went up and took the truck for a test drive. Loved it! We went in and worked out the numbers. I didn't have to haggle. I didn't get fead some bs lines. They did all the work to get me what I wanted! From our salesman to the finance department they are top notch! They exceeded my expectations and I left the dealership with more than I could ask for! If you're in the market to get a new or used vehicle go to Charlie's! More

Purchasing new 2015 Camry. We visited 3 different Toyota dealerships to buy my wife a new Camry. The first dealer did not want to talk to us about getting the car we wanted and We visited 3 different Toyota dealerships to buy my wife a new Camry. The first dealer did not want to talk to us about getting the car we wanted and kept trying to sell us one off the lot which was not even the color we wanted and their price was thousands over what we eventually settled on. The second dealer ship was more in tune to what we wanted but could not get the color we wanted and did not realy want to order one with the correct color and they were also well over a thousand more than we purchased ours for. We went to Charlie's Toyota and met with Kurt MacKenzie and told him what we wanted on the Camry and the special color. We were told there was not one of that color in New England and it would have to be ordered. They said if we really wanted to wait they would order a new Camry in that color and it might take a month to get it. We ordered it and got it in just under a month with everything we wanted especially the color. We purchased it over a thousand less than another dealership. Kurt called us every week to update us on the Camry's progress and we were very satisfied with his professional attitude and help with our new Camry. More

I had just bought a new toyota at another dealership one month prior and the seats just didn't suit Charlies Toyota met my needs when it counted most.
