No Hassle Sales I went to Charlie through a recommendation from a friend who had recently purchased a vehicle from Charlies. When I arrived at Charlies I was looking at the vehicle I was interested in when a sales representative came out to greet me. He introduced himself and explained if there were any questions he would be happy to help. He informed if I was interested in purchasing the vehicle and wanted to try it out he would available to assist me, explained where he would be if I needed assistance and went on his way. I later contacted the sales man and purchased the vehicle from him. No pressure, no hassles a good respectable sales man. The sale and the service from there on was excellent. More

We had tried to purchase new vehicles from Charlies in the past but had never been successful; I had simply obtained better deals elsewhere. This April, our experience was vastly different. I dealt primarily with the sales manager who located a 2016 Tacoma for us. After dealing with other Toyota dealerships between Waterville and Saco, we received the best deal from Charlies. The "negotiating" part of the experience was pleasant and hassle free. We were also impressed by the efficiency and professionalism of not only the sales manager but also the finance person who quickly walked us through the lease agreement. We were also extremely impressed by the sales person who then walked us through many of the features of the vehicle. His patience, skills,, and ability to "teach" were unmatched. A long-time owner of Tacomas, the sales person (listed below) provided us with an exceptional education about the new vehicle.
