My mother worked with Tye Heinrichs. He was very helpful and responsive - especially when she changed from a Sonata to an Elantra Touring. We brought our 03 sonata in for needed repairs prior to an extended auto trip. Robert explained the needed repairs as well as those that could be put off untill a later date. As the total repairs would exceed the value of the car, and we knew that, he suggested we visit Tye Heinrichs for an estimate of a new Hyundai. Tye was very courtious and arranged for us to drive the New Hybrid Sonata and after that the 2012 Elantra Touring. We had shared with both Robert and Cris that we were considering buying a new Prius but just couldn't make up our minds. Both were exceptional in attitude and low key presentations. Also I was most impressed with the cleanlness of the shop area, and especially with Cris Peralta's work. The combination of roberts reccomendations and Tye's understanding, we chose to repair the '03 for now. More
I would definitely recommend this dealership because, for someone who does not know a lot about cars, it's comforting to come to a place where you feel safe and not taken advantage of. There's a lot of patience and understanding when I ask questions about my car from the service representatives, and I can't explain how much I appreciate that. My only recommendation would be this: when I scheduled my maitenance appointment at 15,000 miles, I thought it would encompass only an oil change-- so I was surprised to hear a price of $180 when I arrived. It would be helpful to know what service is required going into the appointment. More

Tom was really friendly and answered my questions very clearly. I appreciated his patience with me when I became frustrated with the price it would take to fix my air conditionar ($500) which I still thin clearly. My experience with John at the dealership while negotiating the purchase was overall very good. However there was a descrepany in what I had given to John as the buyout price on the trade in vehicl negotiating the purchase was overall very good. However there was a descrepany in what I had given to John as the buyout price on the trade in vehicle and the buyout price that was submitted in the contract that has kept this sale in limbo for the last 2 days. John had given me his card and advised could use his cell# to contact him at anytime. I called John and he responded that should have it all worked out and someone would get back with me within an hour or so. Five to 6 hrs later, I had heard nothing so I called John again. John advised me that someone was suppposed to have called me and he would call them and have them call me to work out the details. I was becoming concerned about the way this was being handled and the serious lack of follow up from John and anyone else in the deakership. I drove down to the dealership, John was not there had already left for the day. I was able to speak with Marcus in finance and he took the time to follow up as best he could on the details of the sale. However John, Jeffrey Pevehouse, manager and Mariano, finance were not available and no one there at the time had the authority to make any decisions regarding this sale. Marcus advised me to make a follow up call to John, which I did but none of my calls have been returned. Today, 5/2/12 I was able to get a hold of Marcus and after checking he found that the entire sales team listed above that I had been working with would not be in today and that one of them would be in touch with me tomorrow. I feel that John could have followed up with his team and advised me of the above scenario and saved me a lot of frustration. Thank You, Thomas Dixon More
