The experience was great. Tye and Ric were very helpful. I recently purchased a 2012 Hyundai Accent from Chapman Hyundai and had the best possible car buying experience. This was something I never heard of! Tye sat down with me and explained everything very th Hyundai and had the best possible car buying experience. This was something I never heard of! Tye sat down with me and explained everything very thorougly from the buying process to the warranty and service schedule. When it was time to drive away in my new car, Tye showed me how all the controls worked and even programmed the bluetooth. I did all the paperwork with Nick and needless to say I was a bit under the weather. Nick made it all seem very easy and had me out of there very quickly. I would recommend buying your next car with Chapman! More
Very impressed with Ian's knowledge of the vehicles and patience while explaining in detail all features. I particularly liked his easy going personality -- never felt pressured at all. My wife and I don't have good credit, who does in this economy, we bought a car from them and with no hassle, no haggling, no in and smooth, twice. Just friendliness and let's see what we can do. That car was totaled less than 2 months after purchase. We liked them so much, we decideed to go back and repeat the experience to replace the car that was just totaled. They treated us like champs and got us in and out in no time. I brought my car in because my tire sensor kept engaging as well as my handsfree device stopped working. After an hour or so my car was complete. Robert let me know that I had a screw in my tire, which wa as well as my handsfree device stopped working. After an hour or so my car was complete. Robert let me know that I had a screw in my tire, which was repaired, and my handfree panel on my steering wheel was replaced. They also did a general inspection of my car and washed it. When I got to my car I checked the items that I had asked to be repaired. Upon realizing that my handsfree device still did not work, I went to Robert to let him know. He worked with me for at least 20 minutes trying to do everything he could to get it to work. In the end he concluded that my phone was the problem. I appreciated his effort and working with me until he found a reasonable solution to my problem. He did an excellent job. I would say that both of my problems were resolved sufficiently and I am satisfied. I am unsatisified, however, that within 1 day of service my check wiper fluid sensor came on. Considering I didn't use my wiper fluid during that 24 hour period, I would have expected that if it was low enough to trip the sensor that it should have been seen upon general inspection. I have not returned to the dealership to have this serviced as I don't have time for something I can do myself. It is just an annoyance that I thought should be mentioned. Otherwise, my experience that day was positive as always. More
