A1 Customer Service I was having the worst experiences with each dealership every day for 6 day; I was getting Migraines. I am a social worker and having a reliable vehic I was having the worst experiences with each dealership every day for 6 day; I was getting Migraines. I am a social worker and having a reliable vehicle is important to me, just as important as my individuality. My expectations made this process difficult with the other dealerships; as I am not one to pay for anything unless I am convinced I am making a great choice on my future investments. I visited at least 6 dealerships, test drove 7 cars, spoke with countless reps and NOTHING came close to the customer service I was met with at Chapman Hyundai in Scottsdale.I came in knowing my budget, but not knowing what I was interested in however I knew what I was NOT interested in. Needless to say, I am a very indecisive buyer but I knew what I didn't want. The Sales Rep took the time, searched his inventory to narrow down the model of the vehicle/color of something I may potentially be interested in. Initially I was apprehensive due to the many cars I test drove thinking that is what I wanted (Audi,Cadillac); another Sonata was not in my dream car category. I test drove this car and FELL IN LOVE. I immediately knew this was the vehicle I would be taking home! Chad provided two vehicles within my range and let me know upfront, the Turbo may be into 31k. I appreciated this because I knew what to expect, rather than falling in love with a car only to find I cannot afford it. Once I decided on the vehicle, Chad and his finance team worked miracles and offered me a great deal that I could not turn down, with all the additions I wanted to include (warranty/maintenance). I was so elated I shed a tear as this had been the worst experience/week of my life; I was rear-ended by someone without insurance that totaled my car out. I walked away understanding 100% of my investment and I could not be more thrilled. Bob assisted me with the features, Blue Link, setting up my Hyundai account, scheduling my first oil change and even offered to assist me in driving my rental car for drop off. I CANNOT stress enough, how AMAZING and HELPFUL the staff was to me and in comparison to what I had experienced throughout the week at nearby dealerships. Bob dropped whatever he was doing to assist me with my needs, helped me with my temporary plates and drove with me to Enterprise. I am beyond satisfied with my purchase but more importantly I look forward to continuing to service my vehicle at this location, seeing the staff who so graciously put up with my stress/attitude and helped me get into my dream car. I cannot believe I almost settled for an AUDI! Customer Service was everything that sealed the deal for me. It was as if I was bothering the sales rep at Audi as he seemed annoyed by my presence and I could not IMAGINE having to go to this dealership to service my vehicle, EVER! So rude and snobby. Now I get to service my car within a Family-like setting as I spent so much time there talking with everyone, I feel confident in my purchase and I feel confident that the Service will continue to be OUTSTANDING. Thank you so much Chad, Bob and my sales rep- whom I cannot remember. I am very very VERY happy with my dream car!!! You guys were awesome, and thanks so much for making this investment an enjoyable, easy and pleasant experience- from start to finish. More
