This was my first car buying experience (I’m a 21 year old female) and was terrified to get a new car. At Chapman Hyundai I didn’t feel pressured. The other dealerships that I went to where pushy and didn’t seem to care what I could afford they just wanted to pressure me to get into a brand new car that was way out of my price range. I found out when I was at Chapman Hyundai that the other company I was working with actually shot gun blasted my credit to 7 banks in two days which would affect my credit score and didn’t even tell me they were doing so. It’s nice to see not all car dealerships are in it for the money and that have honest good people which is very refreshing after the week I had! When my lease is up I hope Donald and Matt are still there because they made the experience as painless as possible! Everyone went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the best price possible, I could't be happier with my purchase! Thank you to all who where involved! More

I had reviewed the car I was going to buy online and had the price negotiated online through True-car before I arrived at the dealership. Luckily, I came on a Monday evening and I think I was the only customer in the dealership that night. The salesperson was Bob Crandall. He was very personable along with the floor manager. They allowed me back into the "intersanctum" (you know, the room with the computers that the sales people go to and come back with a different deal). I was able to work directly with them with total transparency. I felt comfortable with the purchase. No aftermarket add-ons with auto butlers or anti-theft devices that I didn't care for. Just the price of the car and some window tinting. In all it was a great experience. More
