First car I looked at. I was in the market for another automobile. I had narrowed it down to 5 potential manufacturers and 1 or 2 models from each. That was it. Crazy Bob greeted me with a grin and that was it. The shopping experience was enjoyable, everyone from the sales management staff to finance was helpful and I ended up with a car that was perfect for me and also handled an upside down problem I had with my current car.
