To be honest, we are a loyal Toyota customer and was quite skeptical about getting a competitor one. But John explained everything about the car while we are test driving it. I fell in love with it right away. I would have liked to have spend more time going over all the tech stuff with John but we were in a hurry to go home since i have to go to work. Not his fault but ours but he asked me to come some other time so he can go over it again with me but i couldn't really find the time to go back yet since the dealership is almost an hour drive from my house. But the whole experience was very smooth and they were pushy on us. More

Over all; they were considerate of his situation, listened to his concerns, offered unbiased advice and showed him what seemed to be sincerity and respect. In Don’s office, posted on the glass was a previous customer review. I read it and thought Don had written his own review; it was too nice. I told Don this and he pulled a stack of positive reviews from his desk drawer. I can clearly see why customers would like to work with you.
