Carmen met us as we walked up the steps and showed a number of vehicles. She took us for a test drive in a Genesis we indicated would meet our needs. She then introduced us to John Leidigh who discussed the financial aspects of the purchase or lease of the vehicle. John explained everything in great detail and answered all of our questions. After a friendly and professional negotiation we agreed to lease the Genesis. The trade-in discussion was also conducted in a very professional manner. I returned the following day to finalize the lease and to pick up the car. John helped me through the process. He introduced me to several persons at the dealership - all of whom were friendly and helpful. I met Lisa in service who will help me going forward with service issues. She could not have been more friendly. The meeting with the finance representative for the dealership was professional and friendly. He answered all my questions regarding the transaction and the amounts being paid for various products and services. I then spent quite awhile with John who explained all of the wonderful technology and other aspects of our new Genesis. He spent as much time as I wanted and answered all of my questions. John is a "star." I recommend the Chapman dealership and everyone I met there very highly. More
