The review I previously submitted was fraudulent. I initially thought I incurred an extra charge to include an additive with my oil change. I have always stayed away from dealerships because I was afraid of being bullied and ripped off. Chapman has won me over and I could not be more pleased even if it was free. When I walked in i was greated by Ross who is extremely kind. He walked over to my car and went over some things I had some questions about. Timely and great service! staff was very friendly and was greeted pretty fast in the service bay. Service bay is kind of small but other than that dealership is very nice and clean. Only 2 complaints...I was waiting and no one ever came in to tell me my vehicle was finished. My paperwork was marked as a waiter... I had to ask the cashier and indeed, it was...not good! Also, the stick to tell me my vehicle was finished. My paperwork was marked as a waiter... I had to ask the cashier and indeed, it was...not good! Also, the sticker installed on windshield for reminder had incorrect information on it. My vehicle only has 8700 miles and it said next oil change to be 69,000 and the sticker was not legible. I was due for an oil change and an air filter change which was done promptly. It was easy to make an appointment and the staff was punctual about not keeping me waiting before starting the work. While I am pleased with the work that Ross always provides me, I was shocked and angered over the condition of my glove box when I picked up my car. It looks like whoever installed the radio (warra provides me, I was shocked and angered over the condition of my glove box when I picked up my car. It looks like whoever installed the radio (warranty work), not only removed my glove box to get to the radio, but in doing so, turned it upside down and inside out. I store many items in my glove box, placed in order. But when I got the car back, everything was in disarray. In particular, I had a plastic container with plastic tooth picks in it. Instead of the container for the picks being on the side of the box where I had it for ease of use, I finally found it at the very bottom of the box with no top on it; everything else was on top of it in total disarray ; the tooth picks were scattered all about the box--some were even on the floor of my car! Obviously, I can now no longer use the picks because of contamination. I do have photos of the box taken on the day that I picked up my car. I would like to send them to you so you can see the shoddy condition the installer gave my glove box. To me, this type of "service" sends me a message that the installer did not care about my vehicle or my personal belongings. Not only is this an indication to me of carelessness, it is inconsiderate and does not support the customer service mission of your dealership. I hope that you will take this feedback as an opportunity to provide additional training to your employees, especially those who handle the vehicle and its contents. It's the little things that count to this customer. All the fine work that Ross has done for me over the years, has been "dented" by others in your employment. Please respond to this so that I will know where to send the photos and that you will do something to prevent this type of "service" again. More

I am staying in Scottsdale for a couple weeks house sitting for a friend. My driver's visor broke and in Arizona I need to have it! I called and spoke to Dan in service. At the time it was 1:00 and I didn't think I'd get it fixed that day. I was there at 3 and was treated courtesly and showed to the customer lounge. Dan said it would be 45 minuted to 1 hour, and true to his word it took 55 minutes which was totally acceptable to me. I live in Surprise and deal with the Avondale dealership and they have had such a tumultous past I dread having to go to them cause I think they are hurting for money. They are always pushing me for expensive repairs! Dan only asked if I needed any other service and did not come in in 20 minutes or so with a long list of what "needed" to be done.
