Joe Mcanally always does a good job at getting me in for service when I want to come in. The on-line service scheduling appears to work well. The technician completing the 36,000 mile service on my vehicl service when I want to come in. The on-line service scheduling appears to work well. I am driving across country this month and I can feel good that my vehicle is ready for the trip. 1. This is not our first visit to Chapman Hyundai for auto service. We had such great service the last time we were in. In fact, the service has always been great. Each of the service employees we came in contact with, from Joe, to the salesmen just passing through the waiting room, to the young lady that processed our check out, were very friendly and professional. Joe made us feel like he really had our personal interest in mind. He was a pleasure to work with. 2. The waiting room is clean, convenient and comfortable. Loved the Kuerig Coffeemaker! 3. Since my service center moved over to Chapman I have noticed a friendlier atmosphere. Joe always makes sure I know exactly what is going to be done & checks to see if it's ok to add unexpected needs at noticed a friendlier atmosphere. I was talking with another customer when I was at Chapman the other day & he also was remarking that he likes the service here much better than when we across the street. I had my 3 year old grandaughter with me, so we spent quite a bit of time roaming the building & looking at cars & roaming halls. Everyone we met was very friendly & pleasant & never acted like it was a problem to have a young child running around. More
My experience with your service department was, on the whole, very good. I was greeted by Joe immediately with a smile and he listened attentively to my concern regarding the cracking noise I hear coming whole, very good. The original reason I brought my Sonata in was for a 6,000 mile tune up and that was accomplished within the time frame he promised. I think the $84.00 charge was too much. To the mechanic I know the fee for labour is fair but I think it is about $25 too much. I have always received great service at whichever Hyundai dealer I go to. I still contend that the cracking noise is NOT normal. As I explained to Joe, I have never had the the same problem with any other car (I've had 4 other Hyundais) and, even though it may not be a signal for danger, the noise is annoying and makes me sometimes think that the dash is going to crack wide open. All-in-all I will be coming back to Chapman Hyundai for service as long as I have my Sonata (and even to buy future vehicles) and look forward to dealing with Joe and the others in the future. More
My daughter had to bring car in due to key getting stuck. Joe was wonderful. He set up my appointment quickly and adjusted the day and time that fit my schedule. My only complaint is that I expected to use the $9.99 oil change for life coupon/card that had been sent to me from the dealership. I was surprised and disappointed to hear this, especially considering I had used the card in a previous appointment. More
