I woke up to a dead battery on a Saturday morning. After AAA came by and gave me a jump start I called Chapman Hyundai Scottsdale to see if they could install a new battery. Daniel Parker, the service repr AAA came by and gave me a jump start I called Chapman Hyundai Scottsdale to see if they could install a new battery. Daniel Parker, the service representative who was working that day,was nice enough to fit me in to what looked like a busy schedule, judging by the cars in the service area. Within an hour I was on the road again with a free battery due to my warranty coverage, and a clean car that was washed before being brought out to me. That is a great service experience, especially considering it was a weekend and I called for a last-minute appointment. More

Came for second oil change and a recurring rattle in my new 2011 Sonata. I was told that it was time for special service which included tire rotation and some other things and price would be $76.00. Probably should have payed more attention but what I got was an inspection of hoses, belts, wipers, fluids, etc. All things that if I had took it to Jiffy Lube would have been checked in the price of the oil change. The car has 6000 miles on it so I wouldn't expect that any of these things would be a problem anyway. So basically I was charged $76+ for an oil change and tire rotation. The rattle, which was there the first day I got the car, was supposedly fixed at first oil change by putting some felt around the glove compartment. This did fix it for about two weeks and then it started up again. I was told that because it could not be duplicated they could not fix it. More
Ever since I bought my 2011 Sonata everyone in Service has been VERY helpful both resolving an earlier issue with my car (I dealt with Ross-he was SUPER!). They knew it was a hassle for me to keep bringing a brand new car in and they were great about fixing it as fast as possible and correctly. When I was in for my first oil change, Joe was very kind, friendly, upbeat, and cared about how I liked the car. The car was finished sooner than expected. Thanks. More

I had forgotten to print a coupon for a discounted oil change but Joe had already had a notation in my record so I was able to get a great price. I had heard some things that convinced me it was not worth the cost, but Joe patiently listed all of the advantages and it made perfect sense, so I went ahead with it. He never pressures or hard sells anything, which is a good thing because that kind of approach elicits an automatic "No" from me. Instead he clearly explains the reasoning behind his recommedations and then lets me make the decision, which I appreciate. I think so far I've gone with his advice each time. After purchasing a car it's the service managers who are mostly responsible for keeping loyal customers. Joe is unquestionably a great asset to your company in that regard. More
