Even after arriving late he met me with a Chapman Team: I Checked in my 2009 Sonata with 44,000+ mi on it for service & Dan took good care of me. Even after arriving late he met me with a smile an was gracious in accepting my apology. I left making a deal for a low miles used Sonata with 6,000 miles on it. Got great service from Dan (He's a keeper) and a fair deal on the new Sonota. Alex in financing put up with a little xxxx-up with the extended warranty, sweetened the pot and put things in good order. Jeff my sales person was rock solid all the way through. Finally, the Sonata is a great care with a great warranty and as far as I am concerened the best value on the market. I came in to have an oil change and new tires. I woke up to a dead battery on a Saturday morning. After AAA came by and gave me a jump start I called Chapman Hyundai Scottsdale to see if they could install a new battery. Daniel Parker, the service repr AAA came by and gave me a jump start I called Chapman Hyundai Scottsdale to see if they could install a new battery. Daniel Parker, the service representative who was working that day,was nice enough to fit me in to what looked like a busy schedule, judging by the cars in the service area. Within an hour I was on the road again with a free battery due to my warranty coverage, and a clean car that was washed before being brought out to me. That is a great service experience, especially considering it was a weekend and I called for a last-minute appointment. More
