Service was excellent as always. I came in for an oil change but there was also an unexpected service item required because the cabin air filter needed to be changed. I was surprised that the charge woul change but there was also an unexpected service item required because the cabin air filter needed to be changed. I was surprised that the charge would be $85 for a new filter and questioned Joe about it. He was extremely patient and explained in great detail how prices for services are determined. I've owned cars for over 30 years and he is the first service advisor to clearly provide a satisfactory explanation about that. I appreciate it very much. More

I did not have an appointment to have service on my car, but I was not turned away. I assume that Monday morning is a busy time for this department, so I was impressed that I was graciously worked into the but I was not turned away. My service person was friendly and even remembered my first name, from a previous visit. I elected not to have the repairs made to my a/c system that were required because the cost was more than I could afford at the time. My service consultant explained the problems to me in terms that I understood. He did not exhibit undue disappointment in my decision to put off the repairs for the time being. My oil was changed and my car was washed, always a bonus, and I as on my way. I will use the services of this dealership in future. More
We had an unexpected smell of fuel coming from our Santa Fe - Joe took us in immediately and fixed the problem which turned out to be a fuel line breaking. After realizing it was covered under our extra war Fe - Joe took us in immediately and fixed the problem which turned out to be a fuel line breaking. After realizing it was covered under our extra warranty, he suggested it was up for an oil change and tire check. We did that -which saved us another trip. All in all - service was excellent. More
Although I was part of the Costco car buying program Tyson called me before I could call the Costco designated representative - Sam, Jeff, Russ, Tye, and John. Tyson was very accomadating, but I never did get to see the Costco price sheet on this vehicle. Perhaps I could have done better! The purchase was agreed to on 9/31, all over the phone. A finance person called me that night, as well as another one calling me the next day. The objective of their call was to have all of the paperwork done before I picked the car up on 10/5. I had already sent a copy of my license and insurance card to Tyson, as well as fill out the on-line financial information. When I arrived at 10:30 AM on 10/5 I had to wait almost an hour to see the finance person, since all of the paperwork obviously had not been done. The service was completely satisfactory and I would recommend Chapman to anybody. My car was called for a recall and the work was completed in less than an hour. i had to bring my hyundai in to repair the back window i had to bring my hyundai in to repair the back window which just stopped working and fell down leaving the window open. joe was very nice and let m i had to bring my hyundai in to repair the back window which just stopped working and fell down leaving the window open. joe was very nice and let me know the work was under warranty and could be fixed quickly. he also noticed that since my mileage was so low the engine might need cleaned and service to prevent a clogged carborater. (sorry, not spelled right!, oops!) they were able to get this worked on quickly also. i noticed how polite and well informed the rest of the staff was to customers so i would not hestitate to go back. thanks, for making a middle aged lady feel more comfortable about car repair! thanks, carolyn butler More
