At almost $300 for auto detailing, which is a lot of money, I expected the car to look a lot better in the interior. As in like new again. My car is less then a year old. I don't think the carpet was money, I expected the car to look a lot better in the interior. As in like new again. My car is less then a year old. I don't think the carpet was shampooed. Perhaps it was, but it didn't look like it to me. It also appeared the interior was cleaned with water and a cloth. I didn't see any cleaning residue at all. Perhaps that is the preferred way. If that is the case, I would have not had paid nearly $300 or this service. I could have wiped down the interior with a damp cloth myself. The exterior was nice. Overall, I would not bring my car back for detailing again. I would take it someplace else. Sorry. The serviceman was great. It was the workmanship I was a bit disappointed in. More
Brian did an excellent job in taking care of my driver side door handle which was under warranty. It was taken care of quickly and I haven't had any problems with it since it was fixed. Daniel is friendly, explains everything thoroughly, and is very pleasant to work with. He is very accommodating when scheduling service appointments. I did not buy at Chapman, so can not comment on the Sal is very pleasant to work with. He is very accommodating when scheduling service appointments. My Azera was in for the recalled airbag fix. It was done in less than 1 hour. Enjoyed the conversation too with Dan. The waiting area was clean and comfortable as was the rest room. The service was excellent. Joe picked up the car in the morning and returned it in the afternoon after the repairs were completeed. He called and provided two options with prices and explained them in deta morning and returned it in the afternoon after the repairs were completeed. Very nice service advisor who showed us around and explained what was going to be done. He also got me some help in ordering a dash mat for my new car. Excellent treatment! The service work is always outstanding and joe is always friendly and precise with work that needs to be performed to my vehicle - the body shop guys are however a little LAX in following through with custo friendly and precise with work that needs to be performed to my vehicle - the body shop guys are however a little LAX in following through with customer needs I have scratches that need repair and they promised to call to get an appt. setup and never did so, thus I had some of the work {not all of it} performed at a body shop outside of this dealer because they didnt seem interested in following up with me to schedule an appt. I would also like to see a wider selection of Hyundai accesories available to purchase {the current hyundai selection is POOR} instead of a retail shop full of VW parts only - they have had plenty of time to expand the retail shop with Hyundai accessories, as I am not a VW owner and never will be those parts do not appeal to me I would however purchase Hyundai bling bling accessories if they were available in the retail shop while having my service performed. More
