I recently purchased 2010 certified Hyundai Sonata from this dealer. I was able to negotiate the price before hand through email and also got a decent price of my old car. The price negotiation was quite straightforward at the dealer and didn't feel at anytime if Jake is trying push hard or put any kind of pressure to close the deal. However, beware of the finance person as he tried unsuccessfully to put additional charges for VIN etching, alarm and few other things we weren’t aware of before. Also, he tried to put lot of pressure to buy additional warranty coverage which we declined. Anyway, I am very happy with the car, its price and trade-in values of my old car. The “Overall Experience” was “5 (Great)” if I take out the experience with the finance person. More

I am very satisfied with Chapman and how they assisted me with the purchase of my 2011 Sonata. It is an excellent vehicle and I am very happy with it. Jeff Andre was an excellent sales person to work with. with the purchase of my 2011 Sonata. It is an excellent vehicle and I am very happy with it. Jeff Andre was an excellent sales person to work with. I will highly recommend Chapman and Jeff Andre to family and friends looking for a vehicle. However, I did not want to bring down my rankings for Jeff but found working with Alex Massenti in finance was less than pleasurable. I felt highly pressured to buy all kinds of variations of service contracts that I repeatedly expressed no interest in purchasing what so ever. This added at least an extra 20-25 minutes of negativity (after a very long day at work) to a sales experience that was excellent up to that point. I understand that I did not put any money down on my new vehicle but hat is an advantage of having excellent credit. If Alex would have only asked me twice about purchasing a service contract that would have been fine but, it ended up being closer to at least dozen times which I felt was quite excessive and annoying. I told him directly several times that “I do not believe in buying service contracts” and even told him that I would explore gap coverage on my own. I do not give into high pressure, on-the-spot sales tactics it totally turns me off. At one point I was very close to walking out the door and not purchasing the vehicle. I actually did end up buying gap insurance from Allstate at a much cheaper rate I might add. Working with Jeff and the rest of Chapman has been an excellent experience. When I arrived, Joe met me immediately and took down the necessary information. We discussed the 30,000 mile service and cost. He showed me the transmission fluid, discussed the battery and assessed the car's body. I mentioned that I might be interested in leasing another car. Joe escorted me into the dealership and introduced me to Antonio Harris. While my car was being serviced, Antonio and I discussed various options and opportunities being offered by Hyundai. While I decided to wait a bit, I will definitely contact Antonio for my car needs. Both men were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I felt that I was being treated fairly and courteously. More
