I was promised a complete oil change for $9.95 and it was performed as promised. The only thing that didn't turn out well was the washing of the car. I love this dealership. The sevice is great. My only concer is that i feel that the labor time was too high for the work to be done. Some of the problems were warranty situations and do not feel I shoul concer is that i feel that the labor time was too high for the work to be done. Joe was very informative and went over all of the work before and after they serviced my car. He was professional and willing to help with any concerns or questions that I had. He replaced the radiator ho before and after they serviced my car. He was professional and willing to help with any concerns or questions that I had. He replaced the radiator hose at no charge if I had my timing belt serviced. And offered to replace all belts with no additional labor charge. Everything OK except I found some slight scratches on the trunk lid, like something was on it and slid off. Not really happy about that. Had to buy a car due to hail damage that totaled my other one. I was able to locate several good cars on the lot.
