I had a great experience at this dealership. My Hyundai broke down (a freak accident involving a mouse and computer wires), and Daniel helped me through the whole process of getting my car fixed quickly an broke down (a freak accident involving a mouse and computer wires), and Daniel helped me through the whole process of getting my car fixed quickly and efficiently. He even took me out to see my car in the shop and introduced me to the mechanic, a very nice man named Mr. Doyle. They explained to me the situation and graciously found me a ride back to my apartment. The whole experience was effortless for me because I was so taken care of! Thank you! More
We walked in looking for a used 4 door car at about $15,000.... Our salesman was very helpful in giving us options. We just wanted to check out the new 2011 Sonata's and test drive it because we've heard good things about them and they had everything we wanted. After looking at it Jessie informed us about our options with the new car and getting a new car vs a used car. Our payments would pretty much be the same. He was very honest and not pushy at all. We had been to about 10 other dealerships prior to this one and liked some of the cars but not the sales experience so we left right away, one even stole my registration! Marcus was very nice and helpful as well with the finalizing part. He explained everything to us very thoroughly and even put up with all my questions, as a first time car buyer I had a lot. Thanks for being so patient with me. The only thing I didn't like is when he added in the tire protection and said every car comes with it, not even asking if we wanted it. When really it was an option that we should have been asked about before it was just thrown into the contract. After asking him about it several times he finally took it off. That was the only bad sales experience we had. I have worked in sales and know how people like to throw things in and say it comes with it so they get credit for it, but in reality they should be asking the customers if they want it. Overall besides that tiny thing it was a GREAT experience! Thanks! More

I had a normal service and a repair and was concerned about how long it would take. Joe gave me an estimated time that turned out to be fairly accurate even though after the initial service he recommende about how long it would take. Car runs peppier after the fuel injection service, sorry about squealing the tires when leaving the dealership! More

Had to think about a sale. Decided to check out Hyundai Dealership in Scottsdale. The dealership is close to where my husband works. Saw a 2011 Hyundai Senata with 60 miles for a special price. Loved the color, car, price...and most of all Ric, who is incredible. Met several of the employees. All of them are professional, friendly and made us feel very comfotable. Joe did a great job of coordinating with the interior repair person as well as the service needed on my Hyundai. He really is customer service oriented. Car was broght in for general maintenance and repairs (if necessary) Car purchased new in December 2004, but 2005 Model XG350L. Milage about 43,000. Engine seemed to be running rougher than it should.. necessary) Car purchased new in December 2004, but 2005 Model XG350L. Milage about 43,000. Engine seemed to be running rougher than it should...rattles all over the place...needed to be detailed. I was told that we needed a chain drive (I believe that was the name), But we did not previously have the 30,000 or 40,000 mile check up, as called for in the manuel. I now believe the belts were changed but the hoses were not. I was told many months ago that the 30M check up would include hoses. Basically I was told when bringing in the car that estimate for the chain drive was about $500.00 and counting everything the total estimate was $1,200.00. Later I was called, and it had moved to $2,400.00.... then later to $2,600.00 and finally when we picked up and paid for the work the cost came to $2,811.14. I was told the hoses were fine...nothing was said about checking the braking system...the electric seats, or windows. The car was detailed and came out with an excellent job. I am not a mechanic, therefore I have not idea whether the work was necessry, but whatever it is not done and paid for. We have owned or leased 4-5 Hyundai's since 2004. Robert C. Haden More
