Chapman is a great Dealership. I have bought 2 Volkswagens in the past from chapman and now the 2011 Sonata. I have always been treated very good. We bought in our 2007 Tucson for warranty work, and been thinking of new vehicle so we just took a look at the new Tucson and was very happy on what we saw. We then made our decision to go farther to see if we could stay within our payments we now have. Thru out the process Jeff didn't pressure us in any way. I took my car in for service with Daniel, and he was as friendly and nice as can be. I don't have a lot of money right now, so he worked with me on what needed to be done most, and told me how to do it in friendly and nice as can be.
