Daniel and service dept would have all 5's but the complimentary wash was terrible! There was an oily residue all over the outside of the car, windows included. I left your service dept and attempted cleaning the windows. I couldn't get rid of the streaks with a mild soapy solution. I ended up having to go to a car wash and getting the whole car done. I know Daniel had nothing to do with the car wash, and it was a free service, but free or not, I would think a "car wash" free or not should leave a car clean. Thank you Rob Shearer More

Joe was a very helpful person and walked me through everything they had to do to my car. He explained the parts I needed to me and helped me understand what each part did. He made sure I had a ride ho everything they had to do to my car. He explained the parts I needed to me and helped me understand what each part did. He made sure I had a ride home so that I didn’t stay in the waiting room for a couple of hours. A lot was done to my car but they were able to get my car back to me on the same day. Although it was a lot of money, I needed a lot done and the prices seemed reasonable for the amount of work. I did research on prices for tires and found that Hyundai offered the best prices. I will continue to bring my car to Hyundai because I received better service than other places I have attended. More
We are continually receiving exceptional service, and are extremely satisfied with Joe, in particular. He listens well, and troubleshoots equally well. Most recently, we had a rattle in my daughter's car, and it had been fixed at hte last service. After driving it, we realized it was still there, so we had the inconvenience of having to take it back in, but Joe found the problem right away and we were out of there in 10 minutes! I had a phenomenal experience with Chapman Auto. The staff were friendly and willing to go above and beyond in order to help. Even the guy driving the shuttle was polite and eager to get me where I need staff were friendly and willing to go above and beyond in order to help. It was nice to feel like someone cared about my car as much as I do and that they were just as anxious to have it done by the end of the day. I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. I bought my hyundai from this same dealership, and this is my second trip back to the dealer for service (mostly oil changes). They have quick and friendly service at a reasonable price. There is a nice waiting area with desk space and wifi that I was able to use to complete some work while I waited as well.
