I brought my 2006 Hyundai Sonata in on December 28th 2010 to fix some warranty related repairs and Daniel Parker was very helpful in explaining what's needed to be done and afterwards what was done. I had gone to a Hyundai( Larry Miller) dealership earlier in the day. I wanted to check out Costco pricing at a friends suggestion. I received a very prompt call from Wes to set up an appointment tha earlier in the day. I wanted to check out Costco pricing at a friends suggestion. I received a very prompt call from Wes to set up an appointment that day. He was very friendly, likeable and courteous. He did a wonderful job of selling us on this car. Even though we had owned 2 Hyundais previously he still did a great presentation which solidified our buying decision. The price Wes offered us was higher than the other dealership. Once I told him it would need to be $500. less it was a done deal. No games no going back and forth, which we really appreciated. We enjoyed this car buying experience. More
Joe greeted me on time as usual, and did a quick walk-around the car before taking it in for an oil change and 3,000 mile interval service. During the inspection the serviceman found that the engine air filter needed replacement. Joe came to the waiting room to inform me and get my authorization, and as always explained why the additional work was recommended. After paying for the service I walked outside and my car was washed and waiting in the pick-up area. I was on my way in a very reasonable amount of time. More
We had a great experience at this Hyundai dealership. Tye was great to work with and was very thorough with the explanation and showing of the Sonata models so we had a clear understanding of what choices we was great to work with and was very thorough with the explanation and showing of the Sonata models so we had a clear understanding of what choices we had. We enjoyed that he never seemed rushed or anxious to move us along over the course of around 4 hours spent together the first time we looked at the car. When we called later that night to get additional pricing and information he was very helpful and obtained the information even though he was not at the dealership anymore. We went back a few days later after receiving a better offer on the car and deal we wanted and had a great purchase experience. It was relatively speedy and Tye again was helpful when we wanted to test drive 2 of the models before making the final decision. Overall we had a great experience and would recommend this dealership to anyone. More
When my dealership in North Scottsdale closed several years ago, the only Hyundai dealer I could find was way out in the Sun City area, my son finally located one down on McDowell Rd - which has since cl years ago, the only Hyundai dealer I could find was way out in the Sun City area, my son finally located one down on McDowell Rd - which has since closed and/or moved across the street to the current location. I always have a positive experience with you, Joe always explains things, I never have to wait to see him, my car is always ready when promised. A new dealership has since opened up here closer to me, but I will keep bringing my car down to your place as long as Joe is there. More
I was very happy except my seat had been moved way up and not put back where they found it and my radio programing was totally lost. I will have to get my book out and reprogram everything. Had to bring my Sonata for a factory recall regarding the steering. Made my appointment and when I arrived, Daniel was prompt and courteous. They even washed my car and gave me a $20 debit card gift card for my time. Now if that isn't customer service, I don't know what is! I have been helped by Daniel before. He is great. More
