I was happy to find Hyundai service in Scottsdale. Santan was too far to drive. I took my car to the dealership for service and also to be checked for a noise that shows when the transmission is engaged. I was attended by Mr Joe McAnally. Unfortunately the noise, was not present at that moment and He was very patient trying to reproduce the problem he even ordered a comparisson with another similar vehicle, finally he offered me to just show up when the car makes the noise again to be able to diagnose the problem. Besides the regular service Mr McAnally also pointed some other items that needed to be replaced which I accepted. He also provided me with transportation back home and to the dealership when the car was ready to pick up. The driver (Ken) was very nice and kind. I am very satisfied with the service and will continue taking my car for future needs to your dealership. Thanks Jorge M Fimbres More

I know keeping costs low is very impoertant but It is time you updated your facility. I don't think you need to make the place look like BMW or mercedes but it is very dated and needs to be renovated. time you updated your facility. I typically do not post reviews; however, I was moved to do so by one of the most truly amazing buying experiences I have ever had. This experience was a direct result of the efforts made and the treatment do so by one of the most truly amazing buying experiences I have ever had. This experience was a direct result of the efforts made and the treatment from our salesperson, Tyson Wimberly. When my wife and I arrived at the dealership, we were greeted by Tyson. We could immediately tell that he was extremely well spoken, easy to deal with, and very knowledgeable about the product lines at Chapman. We had been used to buying vehicles at my uncle’s dealership in the Midwest, and were very anxious, expecting that the experience would be less pleasant then what we were used to. We were wrong. From the initial meeting to the delivery, Tyson treated us like family and went out of his way to ensure that we were happy and were treated fairly. Tyson took the time to show us many different Hyundai Elantras and made sure we understood which options were available on each different model. He test drove multiple vehicles with us and you could see that he genuinely cared about making sure we made the most informed decision possible. When our decision on make, model, and color were made, Tyson arranged a dealer trade to get us the exact color and features we wanted. He ensured that we had a pleasant experience in finance, and let us know that he had made arrangements to personally pick up our new vehicle. His extreme attentiveness led him to notice that we were a little tired and hungry. He then arranged to let us drive our trade home so we could eat lunch and relax, and personally delivered our new car to our home. On delivery, he took the time to make sure that we were completely comfortable with the car and understood all the features. All of this late on New Year’s Eve! Our experience at Chapman could not have been better. It is clear that Tyson is all about building lasting relationships, by treating them fairly and earning their business. He definitely earned our future business that day as well as referrals to our family and friends. More
I usually come in for a specific item of service (such as an oil change), but the service person always tries to talk me into something else I need. Last time it was a cabin air flow filter for around $90, t an oil change), but the service person always tries to talk me into something else I need. Both times I've been in for service I've dealt with Joe and he's always been great. I appreciate coming to a dealership for service and feeling like I'm not getting the "run a round" or being over charger and he's always been great.
