Joe in the service dept. was excellent. He checked into all of the recalls that my new sonata needed and was able to have all of the work completed in 75min. Daniel Parker, my service advisor, has been wonderful to work with. We have a recurring problem with the phone system in my car. It is not yet resolved. I have worked customer service for the last 10 years with The Home Depot and really appreciated Mr. Mcanally's help with my vehicle. In the past, I have owned a Ford Explorer for 10 years and a Nissan Xterra for 5 years and neither of their dealerships showed me the same courtesy, follow-up or professionalism that Mr Mcanally did.
