I brought my Elantra in for an oil change, the guys not only changed the oil but washed and vacuumed my car as well. Joe was very friendly and ready to held with anything I may need. I have purchased four NEW tires from other dealerships in the past and was not charged for 1) tire valves, labor to replace newly purchased tires, and another fee to align the new tires and then another fee the past and was not charged for 1) tire valves, labor to replace newly purchased tires, and another fee to align the new tires and then another fee for disposal.If this is your policy I should have been informed prior to the purchase. We have never had a car buying experience like we did with Chapman Scottsdale. They are CERTIFIED Costco Auto Program members. We got simple honest facts at Chapman Scottsdale. It made the car buying decision so simple and even enjoyable. Tye Heinrich our sales person was extremely professional. He was so helpful, organized and knowledgeable. He layed everything out in a clear concise fashion. He did not rush us or put pressure on us. He was able to locate the car we wanted and deliver it in a timely fashion. Marcus WIlliams in the business office was also organized, polite and did not twist our arm. I would strongly recommend the Costco program and the professional staff at Chapman Scottsdale and look forward to doing business with them in the future. More

Everyone was friendly and customer service was good except that it took 3 1/2 hours to get my car back for just an oil change and tire rotation. Daniel said it would be done in about an hour maybe hour in half. I dropped it off at 945am and got a call at 1130. No problem on that. I was dropped off down the street by the shuttle (I literally live maybe 2 miles or so down from you guys) and was hoping could get picked up within a normal time frame. I got a call from Daniel that car was ready @ 1130 and he said he was contacting shuttle to have me picked back up. 12:15pm he calls back and says he contacted driver and its going to be another 30 min. 45 min go by and at 1pm I get the call from the shuttle saying he was on his way and finally got for my car around 1:20pm. That was 3 1/2 hours without my car and I had an appt that I had to cancel at 12:30 due to not getting my car back. I even contemplated walking back cause I had no idea it would take such a huge chunk out of my day waiting for my car. I thought 2 hours max. That has been my experience previously even with a shuttle, especially if I make an appt to drop off my car, which I did. I have had my car serviced at other places where i needed a shuttle for simple services done and never waited more than 30 min at the most for the shuttle to come get me. Needless to say, I will not be returning to get future oil changes or other simple services due to this experience. I dont mind paying more somewhere else for better customer service. I never got a "I am sorry that took so long" or anything. I was shocked that the staff assumed it was ok that I was without my car for that long for an oil change and service shuttle took almost 2 hours to come and get me. Maybe you need more than one driver? More
