Came in for an oil change and to get a body noise in the rear checked out. The noise wasn't super consistent, so it took a while to figure out what it was, but they fixed me up under warranty and you can't rear checked out. There is a 2 dollar additional disposal fee now, but 12 bucks is still a pretty good deal IMO. They also recommended I replace my cabin air filter and I did, trusting their judgement. AZ is a dusty place and my car came back clean and quiet with a pleasant aroma (air freshener on the filter possibly?) Overall good visit. More

In fact, when we arrived at Chapman Hyundai, we were greeted, made to feel welcome, and everyone was friendly, and not overly pushy like most people are in car sales. It was a fun experience, went smoothly all the way through finance and driving our new car off the lot! We purchased our daughter's car her 2 years ago and will definitely return to get our son's car soon. More

After the service was completed, Mr. Parker informed me that the vehicle was ready and I was personally taken back to the cashier, then out to my vehicle where not only had the service been performed, but the vehicle had been washed and dried. we have owned the 2011 sonata for a year now, and are very happy with the car. we also own a 2002 sonata, and a 2003 elantra. all 3 cars were bought new. very happy with all the cars. when we bou very happy with the car. we also own a 2002 sonata, and a 2003 elantra. all 3 cars were bought new. very happy with all the cars. when we bought our 2011 sonata cards were supposed to be sent to us for life time oil changes on all 3 cars. it has been a year now and after much going back and forth with the service manager taking care of us whenever we need oil changes we would love it if someone could get these cards sent to us. we have the card for the new car but not for the other two. (2002/2003) this was the deal that was made to us when we bought the last car. we really appreciate all that the service manager has done for us in trying to get these cards sent out. asking if you can take care of this. we have never had any other problems with the service we have received over the years. we do plan on buying another elantra in the next two years. thanks for your consideration in this matter. your response would be appreciated. sincerly, don and bev mcgrath More
