Joe makes it very convenient for me to make appointments when I want them. He's always accurate about my time, usually getting me out earlier than expected. The women in the reception/payment area are also always very friendly and knowledgeable. I'll use you again, but would like to see prices lower and more competitive. $140+ for a battery? What if a person moves away? I don't like gimmicks to get people to continually use your service. It should be price and service only, not if "you come back each time we'll replace the batter for free" type of thing. Thanks More
We ended up quite embarrassed. Our only problem to date was getting the Media function (I-pod connection) to work. Joe looked in our front console and drew out the connecting cable that came with the car was getting the Media function (I-pod connection) to work. I'm impressed with the friendliness and competence shown by both your salesmen and now your service people! Of course, the car itself is a total STAR! This dealership was great. we were greeted as we pulled up and was test driving cars within 10 min. we were shown mulitple cars and allowed to look at them in great detail. we then found one that was just up and was test driving cars within 10 min. we were shown mulitple cars and allowed to look at them in great detail. we then found one that was just off the truck and we went and talked prices. they worked with me to figure something that works for me. they took the time to explain lease versus buying and showed that leasing was the path that was best for me. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new or used car. More

I purchased a new Hyundai Sonota from Chapman in Oct, 2010 and been back there only twice for maintenance oil changes and tire rotation/balance. The salesman (Tye) who sold me the auto was friendly, know 2010 and been back there only twice for maintenance oil changes and tire rotation/balance. I can't say enough about Joe and the service I receive at this dealership every time I visit. I bring my Hyundai in for service every time it's supposed to be serviced, I wouldn't take it anywhere else beca this dealership every time I visit. Keep up the good work, and thanks for taking care of my car. I've tried to send this using the user name and password I have written down 3 times, I wish you would make it easier to send the survey. I'm now waiting to get a "new password" because I must have done something wrong when I registered originally, and I'm guessing because it's Sunday I won't get a new password until tomorrow. More
Why I have given Chapman Hyundai the lowest score possible - Because my recent visit they told me I needed my rear brakes replaced. Anytime I go in to get my car serviced for something like an oil ch possible - Because my recent visit they told me I needed my rear brakes replaced. Anytime I go in to get my car serviced for something like an oil change they find 4 or 5 more things that need fixed. This time they told me I needed to have my rear brakes replaced right away. Since I have been swindeled by them before I went somewhere else. In which I was not only informed but shown that my rear brakes wouldn't need replaced for another 6000 miles. The service I have received at Chapman Hyundai has been dishonest. I can only imagine all the other money they have swindeled out of me over the course of my car being serviced by them. Thankfully I have found a reliable honest Service shop who I will now be giving my business to. I will never go back Chapman Hyundai to have my car serviced. This is a cease and desist notice to stop all phone/email contact with me. I do work for a law firm and if chapman hyundai contacts me after receiving this letter I will not only contact the authorities but also the local news station about how dishonest they have been.
