Everything was excellent except the car wash which was the worse I have ever had. There were still bugs on the front of the car and the windshield still had bug marks on it. I put "n/a" on the quality of work as I just came in for an oil change but everything was handled very professionally by Joe--all questions and concerns answered fully and he didn't make me feel came in for an oil change but everything was handled very professionally by Joe--all questions and concerns answered fully and he didn't make me feel like he didn't have time to address my questions as a customer--very refreshing!! After buying my Hyundai at Chapman in 2010 I have consistently returning for oil changes and always worked with Daniel. Over the past year, I really grew to trust and enjoy working with Daniel. He consistently returning for oil changes and always worked with Daniel. Over the past year, I really grew to trust and enjoy working with Daniel. He was fun to talk with, knowledgeable, friendly, he remembered me, and never tried to "talk me into" buying something. He was persuasive and a good sales person, but I never felt pressured or significantly uncomfortable. On past visit to Chapman, I was helped by a new guy named Jeff. He was not initially rude, but definitely did not represent the high quality of service that I had come to enjoy and expect from Hyundai or Chapman Auto. Jeff did not understand the meaning of service and building a relationship with me. Even simple questions like how's your week been? or Where do you work? Or do you have any plans for the weekend? Second, while performing my oil change he talked with me about changing my air filters. When I ultimately decided to do the filters myself (for economic reasons) he gave me a dirty, "you don't know what you are doing" look. I felt very uncomfortable and pressured. He was more like a sales person looking to hit quotas, than a trusted advisor like Daniel was. Lastly, when working with Daniel he always walked me up to the cashier and to my car after the oil change. Jeff merely told me my paper work was at the cashier's desk. And on top of that he gave me the wrong key. Jeff seems like a nice guy, but he did not represent the high level of service that I have come to enjoy and expect from Hyundai and Chapman auto. More

I made an appointment and lost track of time and missed it the first time (Friday). I called to apologize that day and requested a call to reschedule. After 48 hours I re-called to rescheule.
