Late Friday night I had my car towed to the dealership just before closing. I had been unable to start the car even after putting in a new battery. The next day (Saturday) I called early to make sure th just before closing. I had been unable to start the car even after putting in a new battery. The next day (Saturday) I called early to make sure they had found my keys in the drop box and that they would check out the problem. The service advisor told me they are only open 1/2 day on Saturdays and had a full schedule, but that he would do his best to work me in. By 10:30 that morning I was informed that my car needed a new starter and was ready to go, fully covered by the manufacturer's warranty. When I arrived my car was waiting in the pickup area and my paperwork was on the cashier's desk ready for me to sign. I left with a new starter which I could have confidence would work for a long time to come, had friendly and efficient service so that I was able to have most of my Saturday to attend to the plans I had made, and I didn't spend a penny for it. Efficient, friendly, and free on a Saturday with no appointment. Can't get much better than that. More
Don was very helpful, he sold us on the Sonata right away! We also loved how professional, yet comfortable all the employees were at Chapman. Difficult to understand cost of 30000 mile service totaling $1090. What exactly is included in the $560 service charge? It seems everything was just out of warranty, e.g., battery, or not included in totaling $1090. What exactly is included in the $560 service charge? One reason I bought a Hyundai was the warranty and lower cost of service. I question whether I will be bringing the car back to a Hyundai dealer. More

I had the most wonderful experience working with Tye. He was extremely knowledgeable of the product and got the deal I wanted. I couldn't be happier. This is the second time in a few months that I've had to come in because of a faulty brake switch (?). I'm not sure what this is but all i know is that it causes my car to malfunction. I was in my car with my 5 year old ready to drive to california when i discovered this on friday morning. with that said and for that reason, i am not very happy with the performance of my 2011 hyundai sonata. However, when i called chapman hyundai, gary was a great help. he gave me the 800 number to get a tow truck to bring in my sonata and i think he put me to the front of the line to get my car fixed and i was on the road about an hour later. great job gary. hopefully i won't have to bring in my almost new car to see you again anytime soon!!! More

was very pleased w/the overall experience--wes was very helpful and worked very well with me the experience in the finance area left me somewhat lacking--this was a cash purchase and i made arrangements helpful and worked very well with me the experience in the finance area left me somewhat lacking--this was a cash purchase and i made arrangements to bring in the payment, title and extra set of keys to be done on friday--was given number to call and did so on thursday to let him know i would be in on friday at 12:30--when i got there was told he was not in after being taken to the finance department next door the transfer of the necessary items was completed- two things upset me: 1 no courtesy call to advise me that the finance rep i worked with would not be in on friday and who i should see since he was not going to be in 2 the transaction was completed without the 2nd finance rep even having my purchase/transaction file available- More
I called San Tan Hyundai at approx. 4pm on Wednesday 4 times with no answer then spoke to the operator and left a voice message with no call back then tried to schedule an appointment. She said there was no room for an oil change this week! I called Chapman Scottsdale Hyundai and spoke to my salesman Jake at about 8pm who gave me Joe's direct #. I showed up at 6:45am without an appointment. had an oil change, tire rotation and 2 recalls corrected within about one hour which was so helpful as my wife and newborn were driving about 1000 miles for a funeral. I live in Gilbert near San Tan but will make the drive in traffic if need be to get the great, prompt service I need and can find at Chapman Scottsdale Hyundai. More
Not only am I estatic about my new Hyundai Sonata, I love the Service Department. The are quick and courteous, I was taken care of in the blink of an eye.
