My experience with this dealership has been great! My service guy does anything he can to make me happy! Great job! My problem is with Hyundai! I bought my brand new 2011 genesis sport coupe for 30,000 a service guy does anything he can to make me happy! Great job! My problem is with Hyundai! I bought my brand new 2011 genesis sport coupe for 30,000 and have to get my steering wheel replaced after 8 months because it is so cheap that the pleather is rubbing off! This is craZy! I buy a new car every 3 or 4 years and I will never buy another Hyundai because of this! I should not have to replace anything on a vehicle that's 8 months old! This has been a waste of my time! The dealership has been very helpful! It's not there fault Hyundai can't make a quality car for 30000! I'm a nurse and will be telling everyone I encounter to not buy a Hyundai because of the quality of work! Thank you for wasting my free time Hyundai! More

I dropped by without an appointment, hoping to be able to have my a/c taken care of. I was greeted soon after I arrived and was assured that I would be helped soon. (and I was) The service man took time to have my a/c taken care of. I was greeted soon after I arrived and was assured that I would be helped soon. (and I was) The service man took time to learn exactly what I needed and to learn the history of the problem I was having with the a/c. Even though I could see that it was very busy at the dealership, he didn't rush me to explain or to make a decision as to what I wanted to do. Good eye contact and very polite throughout. My only complaint: I hadn't brought reading material with me and the reading material in the waiting room was pretty minimal. I'm not much of a TV watcher so the fact that I could have been entertained by the TV was wasted on me. I am grateful that the TV wasn't blaring and that there wasn't music blasting either. Showing my age, I guess. More
I came in because my ESC light kept coming on. I forget the name of your employee who helped me Saturday morning. He was very friendly and explained to me what was likely going o with my car. Then when he came to tell me that my car was done, explained that his prediction was correct and you all were able to complete the job. You did so in roughly an hour which I felt was timely, and the lady who checked me out at the end was also friendly. Basically it was a nice experience. More
Bill was excellent! He was very friendly and knowledgable. My husband and I arrived Monday morning to test drive a car. I told Bill what I was looking for and though there were no cars on the knowledgable. My husband and I arrived Monday morning to test drive a car. I told Bill what I was looking for and though there were no cars on the lot that matched my wish (2011 or 2012 Sonata GLS), he showed me a few cars that were waiting inspection. I was intrested but wanted to test drive the car prior to making a final decision. All questions during the test drive and thereafter Bill answered effectively. My husband was thrilled that he also got an opportunity to drive. It was helpful in my final decision process. Once I decided to buy a car, Bill was very friendly during the negotiating process and made for a pleasant experience. When I picked up the car the following day, Bill was at the door to greet me. He spent the next hour walking me through all the features of my new car. Once again Bill did an exceptional job of answering all my questions. He also escorted me to the parts department to purchase an iPod cable. He made my first experience buying a new car an excellent one. More

He made sure to keep me informed as to the status of my car and took care of making sure the recall on the transmission was updated, my windbreaker for the sun roof was prop informed as to the status of my car and took care of making sure the recall on the transmission was updated, my windbreaker for the sun roof was properly installed and that the oil was changed along with the 24 point inspection.
