I have been going to this dealership with my 2006 Hyundai Accent since the dealership moved from Power to Chapman. They are very friendly and always do quality work. The waiting room is always clean and inviting, and the staff very friendly. Ryan was my service person at this visit, and he was very friendly and informative about the needs of my car. He said I had kept it in great shape, and it only needed one extra maintenance that I had not scheduled to be totally up to date. More

I had visited five other dealerships before I came to Chapman Hyundai. Three were Nisson and two were Hyundai. Of the five salesmen, that I talked with, three got a "2", one got a "7" and the other got a Chapman Hyundai. Three were Nisson and two were Hyundai. Of the five salesmen, that I talked with, three got a "2", one got a "7" and the other got an "8", with a "10" being the best. At first I thought I would lease another Nisson, Altima, for another three years. After reading up and studing about the Hyundai, I thought I would check it out. It had several better features, such as warranties, crash ratings, gas milage and other features, than the Altima. After I visited a Hyundai dealership and got to see the Hyundai, Sonata, I was really impressed with the exterior and interior styling. It made the Altima look like a 15 year old car. After deciding to lease the Sonata, my wife and I went to pick it up at Chapman, Hyundai. We were even more pleased when we saw what we had gotten. It is a beautiful automobile. Chapman Hyundai was the my final and last stop, before deciding what car and dealer I was going to choose. I met Antonio Harris at Chapman Hyundai and was very impressed with him. He was polite, courteous and knowledable. He did not try to high pressure me and made the experience pleasant. After buying and leasing automobiles for over 50 years, I have some experience with dealing with salesmen. I would rate him at a "10". I will be getting another leased automobile in Nov. and I will be returning to Chapman Hyundai and Antonio Harris. More
I was told when I called for the appt that it would only take a short time to repair my tire (it had a nail in it), so i made the appt for 7AM; i arrived @ 7:05 am and did not get out until 8:45AM which was take a short time to repair my tire (it had a nail in it), so i made the appt for 7AM; i arrived @ 7:05 am and did not get out until 8:45AM which was an unacceptable time period for me for such a repair: that was an hour & 40 minutes for what should have been at MAX a 45 minute repair job. I have a boss who counts on me being @ my desk on time . . . that's why I ask for the 7AM appts and was assured by Terrell, who made my appt, that I would be finished in plenty of time to get to work on time, which is 8:15; that's also why I waited until Wednesday, 7/13 to bring the car in b/c Terrell told me how busy the Service Dept was going to be on Tuesday, 7/12. John did the car intake; after that another gentleman seemed to take over the car and spoke to me when the tire repairs had been completed & told me there was still a problem with the indicator light showing a problem with the right front tire, but they cd not find anything wrong & did I want them to continue working on the car or bring it back? This gentleman never introduced himself, so I have no idea to whom I was speaking, but I did make an appt to bring the car back in on 7/23 @ 7AM More
My service advisor was helpful in scheduling my routine maintenance, and as I was having mechanical problems, was able to squeeze me in at the last minute. My CD player wouldn't play CDs due to Error 43. When I had my Hyundai Elantra in for an oil change a couple weeks, I mentioned the CD player didn't work. Tyrell had it checked out & said he would call wh had my Hyundai Elantra in for an oil change a couple weeks, I mentioned the CD player didn't work. Tyrell had it checked out & said he would call when a replacement Radio/CD arrived. He called. I called to make an appt. & brought the vehicle in & the work was done. Since it was still under warrenty, there was no charge. The service was prompt. Those who I dealt with were courteous and knowledgeable. Your Customer Service is excellent as is your quality of work. All who I spoke with were friendly, courteous & knowledgeable. The overall experience was GREAT! Since this radio/CD player replacement was under warrenty, there was no price associated with it. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others. More
