Rafael Felix is extremely knowledgeable as well as patient in explaining the operation of all the new updated features. He walked me thru and showed me how to turn on the guidance features (and turn them off if they drive me crazy) as well as other stuff I would need to know like the door lock selection options and just a lot of other stuff. He also took the time to par my phone to the vehicle. He is truly a blessing. There is just so much stuff I don't understand with the new technology but he took the extra time to explain things to me so I would understand. More

Drove Away with My Dream Car I had been looking into buying/leasing a Genesis Coupe 3.8l for months. I didn't think it was a reality but my car that I ended up trading in started I had been looking into buying/leasing a Genesis Coupe 3.8l for months. I didn't think it was a reality but my car that I ended up trading in started to go out part by part. I had run the number months back and it didn't seem like a feasible option. I decided to go back to looking one last time so I called ahead and asked if they had the car I wanted, they didn't but they said they could get it from a different dealership. I had already test driven the 2016 Genesis Coupe so I knew I loved the car. Everyone who worked with me did what they could to make it possible for me to get the car I've always wanted. They checked up on me before and even after I got the car to make sure I still loved it and didn't have any issues. The few issues I did have (cosmetic problems from the dealership they got the car in from) they fixed right away and are still in contact with me about any issues I do have. Definitely recommend Chapman Hyundai over all the other Hyundai dealerships I had visited. I had gone to 3 other Hyundai dealers and I didn't feel important at any of them. Even though I am young, Chapman Hyundai treated me like they did any other customer and didn't shrug me off as 'some kid' which happened to me at all the other dealers. All in all it was easier than I thought it would be. They made it very painless and inviting. More
Great Experience I was looking for a used but dependable vehicle. I was referred by a family member but went online to see what my options were. The application was simple online and I was approved in minutes. I chose 3 vehicles and spoke with the rep about each one. I was very clear on what I was looking for - price range, payments, etc. and Mike had it all worked out before I got there and had the car waiting for me to test drive. The longer portion was waiting to see the finance person and signing but everything else went pretty smooth. If you see something online, be specific when you get to the dealership and take your time. If a dealership gives you a deadline to purchase or get a certain price, then go somewhere else. Do what's best for you and your situation. Also, pay attention to the ** on the prices and read the description. Two weeks later, I recommended this dealership to my daughter based on my experience and she walked away with a brand new car as well. They recently called her back to let her know they were able to lower her payments -that's great news to have, especially before your first payment is due! More
