He was professional, kept me up to date on my vehicle. I really had my heart set on getting the vehicle that I wanted, color and AWD. The dealership searched the dealer network and could not locate the vehicle that I wanted. The dealership ended up ordering it directly from the factory, which shows you that the dealership cares about customer service. Thank you for having a great salesman like Rafael. I will definitely be purchasing another Hyundai in the future. More

The entire sales staff and including service department are friendly and helpful. Rafael Felix is extremely knowledgeable as well as patient in explaining the operation of all the new updated features. He walked me thru and showed me how to turn on the guidance features (and turn them off if they drive me crazy) as well as other stuff I would need to know like the door lock selection options and just a lot of other stuff. He also took the time to par my phone to the vehicle. He is truly a blessing. There is just so much stuff I don't understand with the new technology but he took the extra time to explain things to me so I would understand. More
