I spent a week shopping for a new car, extensively searching on-line sites and going to several different dealerships around the city. Chapman Hyundai on Bell Rd. was where my search began (I stopped searching on-line sites and going to several different dealerships around the city. Chapman Hyundai on Bell Rd. was where my search began (I stopped in at the very beginning of the week just to take a look around and get an idea of what Hyundai had to offer) and it's also where my search ended (I returned to this dealership at the end of the week to make my purchase because of how superior they were to the other dealerships I visited). I was thoroughly impressed with the level of customer service I received. Not only was working with Hal and Joe completely enjoyable (both are sincerely friendly, funny, honest, helpful, outgoing guys), but I trusted that my interests were their priority. I didn't feel like I was being "sold" a car: I felt like I was being helped to find the car that worked best for me and my budget. I never felt pressured into making an on-the-spot deal, I didn't feel dooped into the "this will be your monthly payment" game, and I was given all the time and attention typically reserved for a customer purchasing a much more expensive vehicle. (I was considering one of the least expensive models available and needed to stick to a strict budget, but I still felt I received the elite package in customer service!) I went to other dealerships where even the time I spent test driving vehicles was torture--I couldn't get out fast enough. Conversely, I spent a great deal of time at Chapman and found the entire experience to be a pleasure (even the employees with whom I wasn't directly working were friendly and attentive). I will return to this dealership for all of my future car-buying needs, and I will strongly recommend my friends and family shop here as well. Thank you, Hal and Joe, for such a delightful time! More

I contacted Chapman through the internet. I requested information on some used Hyundai sedans. Joe D. contacted me back immediatly through email (as I requested). He also sent additional information on some other choices. When I went to the dealership he was very accomodating. He listened to what I had to say and understood my circumstances. Since I was without a car he made sure I was transported to and from the dealership. I got a GREAT price on the car of my dreams!! He worked with me on securing the financing and I drove off in the perfect car for me. I will use Chapman to service my car, especially since the warranty is so awesome! And the next time I am in the market to buy a car Chapman and Joe D. will get my business. I thank everyone at the dealership for being so friendly and accommodating! More
What a pleasent supprise!!!!!!! A dealership that really made you feel at home..We came in with the idea of buying a used car, and in the process ended up with a great new Sonota..Mr. Hal Bliss is really a made you feel at home..We came in with the idea of buying a used car, and in the process ended up with a great new Sonota..Mr. Hal Bliss is really a great asset to your sales dept. We both took an immediate liking for this young man......We felt like he was family,which in our case is GOOD!!!!!!My wife Dolores had recently totaled our car, and was still uneasy about driving..Hal said"No Problem" he would personaly deliver the car to us over in Mesa--a good 45 min. drive. Next day on his "day off"??? He and his lovely wife and daughter, brought the car over. He was all to happy to explain all the functions and gave us a thorough run through..We even had a nice visit, and really enjoyed our relationship......Hats off to all of the sale dept!!They preformed their duties in very professional manner.... My mother and I were working with Ron Rockey the last couple of visits and he was very nice, professional, knowledgeable. We came in to test drive a new sonata limited and Ron was busy so he had another couple of visits and he was very nice, professional, knowledgeable. We came in to test drive a new sonata limited and Ron was busy so he had another salesman help us. Not only could he not answer any basic questions in regards to the car, he could not even pick out the new sonata from their back lot and even stated that "all the cars look the same to him". When it ame to the test drive... he let us drive it (1) block at 30 mph. Yes... (1) block. And on the way back he made the comment... "so... do you want to go back and have me fill out the paperwork?". We were so disenchanted we just got out of the car... got into our car and left. Later I contacted the sales manager and told him what an aweful experience we had. Our first salesman... Ron Rockey called us and aplogized and we did not hold anything against him. More
I had a wonderful experience at Chapman Hyundai. Our car broke down and they were able to tell us what was wrong with it without having bought our car from them. We ended up meeting with Hal Bliss from the broke down and they were able to tell us what was wrong with it without having bought our car from them. We ended up meeting with Hal Bliss from the sales department, whom I highly recommend and he helped us buy a new Hyundai. The finance department was really helpful and I appreciate all of the hard work that they did for us in order to get us into our new car. I would recommend Chapman Hyundai to anyone. It was our first and our last stop when looking for a new car. I have never gone to any other lot and had the service that the guys gave us at Chapman Hyundai. I will definitely be returning to Chapman Hyundai the next time I need a new car. More
Even though they were really busy they took the time to really help me out. I am pretty educated on car dealers and how they operate and these two guys were outstanding! Yesterday started off in a bad way. I was driving to work in my Hyundai Santa Fe and I heard a cracking noise! Uh oh! I called the tow service and asked them to take me to my Hyundai dealership (Chapman). Af in my Hyundai Santa Fe and I heard a cracking noise! Uh oh! I called the tow service and asked them to take me to my Hyundai dealership (Chapman). After a period of time I was told that I would have to have a new motor put in the car! Well - I was not going to do that - it seemed more economical just to pick up a new vehicle. I was taken to the sales department where I was introduced to Steve. He was very personable and made the car buying situation an easy one. We test drove a couple of cars and discussed what I was looking for. He was very patient with me - as I was not in the car purchasing mind set! He made sure that the finacing went smoothly (with the help of George Tellez) and I was able to drive away in my new car! He even helped me to clean out my old vehicle (a bigger task than you would think)! I had a very positive experience and would suggest that anyone looking for a new vehicle pop over to Chapman and ask for Steve! More
