Your "case" is undertaken AT THE TIME OF THE APPOINTMENT! That's how I felt at Chapman Honda a couple days ago, and I didn't even have an appointment! It was the first maintenance on my new CR-V and one of Chris' assistants "moved into position" as soon as my vehicle came to a stop in the Service drive. I received an initial completion update text minutes after I settled into the customer lounge. After 15 or 20 minutes, I texted him back to ask if he was on schedule. He gave me me an updated time, and he finished on schedule. I had the oil changed (Chris advised me that took 42 minutes), tires rotated, and a car wash. I was on my way an hour and 15 minutes after I drove in. I'm impressed. I'll tell my friends about this. More
