It's not supposed to work this way! I complimented one of my doctors recently because his organization actually gives the patient the impression that the patient's time is valuable too. Your "case" is undertaken AT THE TIME OF THE APPOINTMENT! That's how I felt at Chapman Honda a couple days ago, and I didn't even have an appointment! It was the first maintenance on my new CR-V and one of Chris' assistants "moved into position" as soon as my vehicle came to a stop in the Service drive. I received an initial completion update text minutes after I settled into the customer lounge. After 15 or 20 minutes, I texted him back to ask if he was on schedule. He gave me me an updated time, and he finished on schedule. I had the oil changed (Chris advised me that took 42 minutes), tires rotated, and a car wash. I was on my way an hour and 15 minutes after I drove in. I'm impressed. I'll tell my friends about this. More

Then if they can't help you go directly to their top salesman the one who truly has YOUR best interest at heart not just another sale in the books. I had a horrible experience here at Chapman HONDA with Salesman Yousef and Finance "MANAGER" LUIS ROSA . I was suppose to go into today to pick up my vehicle that I was looking to purchase. Only to receive a call from my Salesman that unfortunately the vehicle we were working on was sold over night ! WOW only after they found out we were pre-approved without their help through a well known credit union in town. EVEN after we told them to try that Credit union in specific first ! they never did! and then today we receive a call "OH they sold the vehicle over night." what poor business deal very shady and shiesty move on their end. Once they found out they would not make as much money with my deal they went under our nose and sold it over night !. Went in to talk to the manager to only get an apology and a response that people are human and they "make mistakes" if I could give Chapman honda no stars I would I should've read review on here before going in to chapman or even contacting them. I recently took my car in for service on a Saturday. I took the car in at noon and they called me at 5pm to let me know it was ready to pick up. I get down there and pay my bill and as I'm on my way out the door I get a "Oh there's one more thing, we're sorry but we wrecked your car". They decided to let one of their lot attendants that falsely claimed they could drive a standard transmission move my vehicle and that lot attendant rear ended another car on their lot because they obviously forgot to take it out of gear when parking it. Professionally I should have been contacted immediately after they damaged my property but the service tech gutlessly decided to wait until I paid my bill in full before telling me. I did get an "apology" but the "these things happen" attitude I received negated any sincerity of the apology. This treatment on top of the fact that the last three times my wife and I went there to purchase a new vehicle (within the last 5 years) we ended up with some kid that claimed to be the sales managers nephew and we ended up telling them more about the vehicle we were looking at then they could tell us. We are done with this dealership. It really is sad that management has let the dealership go in the direction it has. Apparently customer loyalty means nothing anymore. Bye Chapman. More
