We completely understand how upsetting it must have been to feel assured a vehicle was available, only to learn it had been sold before you arrived. That is not the level of communication or service we strive to provide at Chapman Honda. Unfortunately, with pre-owned inventory, vehicles remain available to any customer until a formal hold or purchase agreement is completed.
