Do not come here if you are looking for a good deal on a vehicle. Get out your checkbook/loan for them. Terrible Customer Service from the Service Department!! Have a recall and made an appointment. Go in and am told 1 1/2 hours later that they do not have the part?? I don’t see how she received negative reviews? We told her we were not buying that day and we were just looking and wanted to compare a test drive of a vehicle with another truck. She gave us keys, pulled the truck around and said take your time. We parked it after the drive and told her it drove well but we had to leave to pick up our daughter. She gave us her card and said when we are ready please give her a call and nice meeting is. It was pleasant, professional and honest. More
ServiceDepartment I have purchased 4 cars from Chapman in the last 10 years. I have worked with one service advisor, whom I have known for 25 years. I took my car to Ch I have purchased 4 cars from Chapman in the last 10 years. I have worked with one service advisor, whom I have known for 25 years. I took my car to Chapman to have a part fixed on my car. The bottom front bumper on my car came loose, so I took it to the only place I trust. However, the trust has been crushed. I left the car lot with a replaced piece of the front bumper. As I am driving home, the piece they installed came off. I called the service advisor, as I was driving to let him know parts are flying off my car. He had it towed to Honda, then the Manager of the service department, said that he wasn't going to fix it because it I must have hit something. I didn't hit anything, the part came loose and it almost caused a collision as I was driving. This is the fault of the technician who installed the part and Honda is not taking responsibility for the damage done to my car. This is a company I have trusted to take care of my cars for the last 10 years, an advisor I have known for 25 years and now they don't want to fix the mistake they made. I have lost trust in Chapman Honda. I am not recommending that you don't use Chapman services, this message is for the manager who has broken the trust I have had in Chapman for many years. The manager who isn't taking responsibility for the high risk situation his service department put me in and for questioning my integrity. The lack of integrity this manager displays, is a reflection of the integrity of Chapman Honda. More

From start to finish, our experience with the Chapman Honda Service Department was spectacular. I will nev I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Chapman Honda of Tucson. From start to finish, our experience with the Chapman Honda Service Department was spectacular. I will never forget their compassion and great service. My husband and I are at high risk for complications should we be exposed to the Coronavirus. We haven’t even grocery shopped for three months. Our Honda Pilot is under warranty and needed maintenance but we couldn’t risk going in for service. At 200 miles overdue, we were concerned our warranty would be at risk. I called Chapman to discuss our concerns and options. A very compassionate person, Rachel in the Service Department, informed me that Chapman would come pick up our car, perform the services needed, and then drive it back to our home. I actually cried with relief. Caring Chapman service providers, like Parker, wore gloves and masks, and covered our seats with plastic sheets. The vehicle was sanitized after the service and again, after it was driven back to our home. Dale, our wonderful service manager, helped us to avoid any person-person contact. He was very professional, thoughtful, and thorough. He called to inform us and okay all of the services that needed to be provided during our 30k checkup. Chapman's prices were fair and reasonable, as always. AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE - We now have peace of mind that our Honda Pilot is in good condition and that we didn’t risk our health. Thank you, Chapman Honda, for extraordinary service when we really needed it. More
